도 2 는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 다단 터보 과급기의 바이패스 밸브 장치를 나타낸 도면.
도 3은 도 2에 도시된 다단 터보 과급기의 바이패스 밸브 장치를 설명하기 위한 도면.

Claims (7)
- 바이패스 통로의 입구부에 인접하여 마련되고, 일단부가 회전축을 통해 회전가능하게 설치된 가이드암; 및
상기 가이드암의 타단부에 자유롭게 회동 가능하도록 결합되고, 바닥면이 상기 입구부의 단면을 덮도록 형성되며, 입구부에 접촉시 가이드암에서 회동되어 바닥면이 입구부의 단면과 면접촉되는 개폐밸브;를 포함하는 다단 터보 과급기의 바이패스 밸브 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 가이드암은 일단부가 회전축에 연결되고, 타단부에 상하로 관통된 설치홀이 형성되며,
상기 개폐밸브는 가이드암의 설치홀에 중부가 삽입되어 연결되며, 상부와 하부의 외주 직경이 설치홀의 내주 직경보다 크게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 터보 과급기의 바이패스 밸브 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 설치홀의 내주 직경은 상기 개폐밸브의 중부 외주 직경보다 크게 형성되어 설치홀과 개폐밸브의 중부 사이에 간극이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 터보 과급기의 바이패스 밸브 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 설치홀의 내주에는 하방으로 내주 직경이 점차 넓어지는 경사면이 형성되고, 상기 개폐밸브의 중부에는 경사면에 대응되는 접촉돌기가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 터보 과급기의 바이패스 밸브 장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 설치홀의 경사면은 하방으로 굴곡지게 형성되고, 상기 개폐밸브의 접촉돌기는 경사면에 대응되도록 굴곡지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 터보 과급기의 바이패스 밸브 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 개폐밸브의 상부에는 설치홀의 내주 직경보다 크게 돌출된 걸림돌기가 형성되며,
상기 가이드암의 타단부는 상단이 만입되어 상기 걸림돌기를 감싸도록 형성된 걸림홈이 형성되며, 걸림홈의 내주 직경은 걸림돌기의 외주 직경보다 크게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 터보 과급기의 바이패스 밸브 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 개폐밸브의 하부는 입구부의 단면보다 넓게 형성됨으로써 입구부에 접촉시 가이드암에서 회동되더라도 바닥면이 상기 입구부의 단면을 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 터보 과급기의 바이패스 밸브 장치.
