Abstract
(I) 제올라이트 물질을 제공하는 단계;
(II) 단계 (I)에서 제공된 제올라이트 물질을 1 이상의 결합제와 혼합하는 단계;
(III) 단계 (II)에서 얻은 혼합물을 혼련하는 단계;
(IV) 단계 (III)에서 얻은 혼련된 혼합물을 성형하여 1 이상의 성형물을 얻는 단계;
(V) 단계 (IV)에서 얻은 1 이상의 성형물을 건조시키는 단계; 및
(VI) 단계 (V)에서 얻은 건조된 성형물을 하소하는 단계
를 포함하며, 단계 (I)에서 제공된 제올라이트 물질은 85%의 상대 습도에 노출될 때 1 ∼ 15 중량% 범위의 수분 흡착량을 나타내는 것인 제조 방법, 및
성형물 자체 외에 본 발명의 방법에 따라 얻을 수 있거나 얻어지는 성형물과 이들의 각 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (31)
- 성형물의 제조 방법으로서,
(I) 제올라이트 물질을 제공하는 단계;
(II) 단계 (I)에서 제공된 제올라이트 물질을 1 이상의 결합제와 혼합하는 단계;
(III) 단계 (II)에서 얻은 혼합물을 혼련하는 단계;
(IV) 단계 (III)에서 얻은 혼련된 혼합물을 성형하여 1 이상의 성형물을 얻는 단계;
(V) 단계 (IV)에서 얻은 1 이상의 성형물을 건조시키는 단계; 및
(VI) 단계 (V)에서 얻은 건조된 성형물을 하소하는 단계
를 포함하며, 단계 (I)에서 제공된 제올라이트 물질은 85%의 상대 습도에 노출될 때 1 ∼ 15 중량% 범위의 수분 흡착량을 나타내는 것인 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 1 이상의 결합제는 무기 결합제들로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 (II)에서 얻은 혼합물은 0.1 ∼ 0.6 범위의, 1 이상의 결합제 대 제올라이트 물질(결합제:제올라이트 물질)의 중량비를 나타내는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (II)는 제올라이트 물질 및 1 이상의 결합제를 용매계와 혼합하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 용매계는 1 이상의 용매를 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 단계 (II)에서 얻은 혼합물은 0.7 ∼ 1.7 범위의, 용매계 대 제올라이트 물질(용매계:제올라이트 물질)의 중량비를 나타내는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (II)는 제올라이트 물질 및 1 이상의 결합제를 1 이상의 기공 형성제와 혼합하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 단계 (II)에서 얻은 혼합물은 0.1 ∼ 0.7 범위의, 1 이상의 기공 형성제 대 제올라이트 물질(기공 형성제:제올라이트 물질)의 중량비를 나타내는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 단계 (II)에서 얻은 혼합물은 (0.7-1.7):(0.4-1):1 범위의, 용매계 대 1 이상의 결합제와 기공 형성제 대 제올라이트 물질(용매계:결합제와 기공 형성제:제올라이트 물질)의 중량비를 나타내는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (V)에서 얻은 건조된 성형물의 하소 단계는 350℃ ∼ 850℃ 범위의 온도에서 수행하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (VII) 단계 (VI)에서 얻은 하소된 성형물에 열수 처리를 수행하는 단계를 더 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 열수 처리는 함수 용매계로 및/또는 수용액으로 수행하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 열수 처리는 1 ∼ 48 시간 범위의 지속 시간 동안 수행하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (I)에서 제공된 제올라이트 물질은 1 이상의 제올라이트를 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는 성형물.
- 85%의 상대 습도에 노출될 때 1 ∼ 15 중량% 범위의 수분 흡착량을 나타내는 제올라이트 물질을 함유하는 성형물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 제올라이트 물질은 1 이상의 제올라이트를 포함하는 것인 성형물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 제올라이트 물질의 29Si MAS NMR이
-110.4 ppm 내지 -114.0 ppm 범위에 있는 제1 피크(P"1); 및
-100.2 ppm 내지 -104.2 ppm 범위에 있는 제2 피크(P"2)
를 포함하는 것인 성형물. - 제18항에 있어서, 데콘볼루션된(deconvoluted) 29Si MAS NMR 스펙트럼이 -113.2 ppm 내지 -115.2 ppm 범위에 포함되는 하나의 추가 피크를 포함하는 것인 성형물.
- 제17항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, MFI형 골격 구조에서 Y 원자 및/또는 X 원자 중 적어도 일부가 1 이상의 원소에 의해 동형 치환되는(isomorphously substituted) 것인 성형물.
- 제17항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, YO2 대 1 이상의 원소의 몰 비가 5 ∼ 100 범위인 성형물.
- 제17항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제올라이트 물질의 MFI형 골격 구조는 X2O3을 함유하지 않는 것인 성형물.
- 제17항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Y는 Si, Sn, Ti, Zr, Ge, 및 이들 중 2 이상으로 된 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 성형물.
- 제15항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제올라이트 물질은 이온성 비골격 성분으로서 1 이상의 양이온 및/또는 양이온성 원소를 포함하는 것인 성형물.
- 제15항 내지 제24항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1 이상의 결합제를 더 포함하는 성형물.
- 제15항 내지 제25항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, DIN 66131에 따라 측정된, 성형물에 함유된 제올라이트 물질의 BET 표면적이 50 ∼ 700 ㎡/g 범위인 성형물.
- 제15항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, DIN 66131에 따라 측정된 성형물의 비표면적이 50 ∼ 700 ㎡/g 범위인 성형물.
- 제15항 내지 제27항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, DIN 66133에 따라 측정된 성형물의 기공 용적이 0.1 ∼ 2.5 ml/g 범위인 성형물.
- 제15항 내지 제28항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1 ∼ 15 N의 기계적 강도를 갖는 성형물.
- 제15항 내지 제29항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.3 ∼ 5.0±0.2 범위의, 물에 대한 굴곡도(tortuosity)를 갖는 성형물.
- 촉매, 촉매 지지체, 흡착제로서의, 또는 이온 교환을 위한, 제15항 내지 제34항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 성형물의 용도.
