Claims (15)
- 전지의 형태인 적어도 하나의 전압원 및/또는 전압 싱크(25)를 외부 전기 컴포넌트(13)에 연결시키기 위한 연결 장치(1)로서,
상기 전압원 및/또는 싱크(25)를 접촉시키기 위한 전지 컨택트(2), 상기 전지 컨택트(2)에 연결된 전지 연결 라인(4) 및 상기 외부 전기 컴포넌트(13)로의 연결을 위해, 상기 전지 컨택트(2)의 반대쪽을 향하여 그 단부에서 상기 전지 연결 라인(4)에 연결되는 연결 라인(12)을 포함하며,
상기 전지 연결 라인(4)은 상기 전지 컨택트(2)와 동일한 재료를 포함하는, 연결 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전지 연결 라인(4) 및 상기 연결 라인(12)이 크림핑(crimping)에 의해 전기 전도성 방식으로 서로 연결되는, 연결 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 전지 컨택트(2) 및 상기 전지 연결 라인(4)은 리본-형 리텐션(retention) 부재(9)에 고정되고, 상기 리텐션 부재(9)는, 상기 전지 연결 라인(4) 및 상기 연결 라인(12)이 서로 연결되는 연결 영역(11)을 일 단부(10)에 갖는, 연결 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 연결 라인(12)이 상기 전지 연결 라인(4)에 연결되는 연결 영역(11)이 캡슐화되는, 연결 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 연결 라인(12)이 상기 전지 연결 라인(4)에 연결되는 연결 영역(11)은 보호층을 갖는, 연결 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
주조 화합물(16), 특히, 저압 사출-성형 화합물이, 상기 연결 라인(12)이 상기 전지 연결 라인(4)에 연결되는 연결 영역(11) 주위에 피팅되는, 연결 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전지 연결 라인(4)이 상기 주조 화합물(16)에 의해 베이스 부재(17)에 고정되는, 연결 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전지 컨택트(2)는 상기 전지 연결 라인(4)에 용접되는, 연결 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전지 연결 라인(4)은 알루미늄을 포함하는, 연결 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전지 연결 라인(4)은 리본-형 커넥터(5)의 일 부분, 특히, 플랫(flat) 리본 라인 또는 플랫 리본 케이블의 일 부분인, 연결 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 연결 장치(1)는, 하나의 리본-형 커넥터(5)에서 서로 좌우로 배열되는 복수의 전지 연결 라인들(4)을 포함하는, 연결 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 연결 라인(12)은 상기 전지 컨택트(2)와 동일한 재료를 포함하는, 연결 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전압원 및/또는 싱크(25) 및 연결 장치(1)를 포함하는 전기 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 전압원 및/또는 상기 전압 싱크(25)는, 갈바니 전지(26), 특히 이차 전지인, 전기 장치. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 전지 컨택트(2)는 상기 갈바니 전지(26)의 전극인, 전기 장치.
