Claims (5)
- 하이브리드 건설 기계의 제어 시스템이며,
작동 유체를 토출하여 액추에이터를 구동하는 메인 펌프와,
상기 액추에이터로부터 제1 회생 통로를 통해 배출되는 작동 유체에 의해 구동되는 회생 모터와,
상기 회생 모터에 의해 구동 가능한 회전 전기 기기와,
상기 제1 회생 통로 내의 작동 유체의 상기 회생 모터에의 유입량이 규정값을 초과한 경우에 상기 제1 회생 통로를 탱크에 연통시키는 탱크 연통 위치를 갖는 회생 통로 전환 밸브를 구비하는, 하이브리드 건설 기계의 제어 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 회생 모터에 유도되는 작동 유체의 압력을 검출하는 압력 검출기와,
상기 회생 통로 전환 밸브를 상기 탱크 연통 위치로 전환하기 위한 파일럿압을 공급하도록 전환 가능한 전자 밸브와,
상기 압력 검출기에 의해 검출된 압력이 상기 규정값에 있어서의 압력에 도달하였다고 판정한 경우에, 상기 파일럿압을 공급하도록 상기 전자 밸브를 전환하는 신호를 출력하는 컨트롤러를 더 구비하는, 하이브리드 건설 기계의 제어 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 회생 통로 전환 밸브는, 상기 제1 회생 통로 내가 부압으로 된 경우에도 상기 탱크 연통 위치로 전환되는, 하이브리드 건설 기계의 제어 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 메인 펌프로부터 메인 통로를 통해 공급되는 작동 유체를 상기 액추에이터에 급배하는 조작 밸브를 갖는 회로 계통과,
상기 메인 통로의 작동 유체압을 메인 릴리프압 이하로 유지하는 메인 릴리프 밸브와,
상기 메인 통로의 상기 메인 펌프와 상기 조작 밸브의 사이로부터 분기되어 상기 제1 회생 통로에 접속되는 제2 회생 통로를 더 구비하고,
상기 회생 통로 전환 밸브는, 상기 액추에이터의 작동중에 상기 메인 통로의 작동 유체압이 상기 메인 릴리프압보다도 낮은 설정압에 도달한 경우에 상기 제2 회생 통로를 상기 제1 회생 통로에 연통시키는 회생 위치를 갖는, 하이브리드 건설 기계의 제어 시스템. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 메인 통로의 상기 조작 밸브보다 하류측에 접속되고, 상기 메인 펌프의 용량을 제어하는 레귤레이터에 전달되는 파일럿압을 생성하는 스로틀과,
상기 메인 통로에 있어서의 상기 조작 밸브와 상기 스로틀의 사이에 개재 장착되고, 상기 메인 통로를 개폐 가능한 메인 통로 전환 밸브를 더 구비하고,
상기 메인 통로 전환 밸브는, 상기 회생 통로 전환 밸브가 상기 회생 위치로 전환되어 있을 때에 폐쇄 위치로 전환되는, 하이브리드 건설 기계의 제어 시스템.
