Claims (15)
- 사이징제를 탄소섬유 표면에 부착시킨 탄소섬유 다발로, 보빈상 감긴 탄소섬유 다발을 해사하여 측정시, 사폭 균일도(CV%)가 11 % 이하인 필라멘트 와인딩(Filament winding)용 탄소섬유 다발.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트 와인딩(Filament winding)용 탄소섬유 다발의 사폭 유지율(수지 함침후 사폭×100/수지 함침전 사폭)이 80 % 이상인 탄소섬유 다발.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트 와인딩(Filament winding)용 탄소섬유 다발의 틈메워짐 plies/전체 plies의 비가 0.3 이하이고, 강도전환율(%)이 85 이상인 탄소섬유 다발.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트 와인딩(Filament winding)용 탄소섬유 다발의 필라멘트 수가 12,000 이상 ~ 48,000 개 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유 다발.
- 액상형태의 에폭시 수지 75~90 질량%와 에스테르 수지 5~25 질량%와 유화제 2~10 질량% 및 평활제 0.5~3 질량%가 혼합되어 있는 수분상에 고체상의 페녹시 수지 3~5 질량%를 용해시켜 액상의 사이징제를 얻은 다음, 욕조에 탄소섬유를 딥핑하여 통과시키고, 접촉롤을 통과시켜 건조하여, 사이징제를 부착시키는 필라멘트 와인딩용 탄소섬유 다발의 제조방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 에폭시 수지는 디글리시딜 에테르 비스페놀A 타입 에폭시 수지이고; 에스테르 수지는 푸마르산 또는 말레산과 비스페놀 A의 에틸렌옥시드 부가물과의 축합물, 푸마르산 또는 말레산과 비스페놀 A의 프로필렌옥시드 부가물과의 축합물, 푸마르산 또는 말레산과 비스페놀 A의 에틸렌옥시드 및 프로필렌옥시드 부가물과의 축합물 중에서 선택된 1종의 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지 또는 비스페놀 A형 에폭시 화합물 (메트)아크릴레이트 변성물이며; 페녹시 수지는 폴리옥시(2-하이드록시-1,3-프로파닐다이일)옥시-1,4-페닐렌(1-메틸리디엔)-1,4-페닐렌)인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유 다발의 제조방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 유화제는 계면활성제로, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬 페닐 에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌(폴리) 스티릴 페닐 에테르 또는 폴리옥시에틸렌(폴리) 벤질 페닐 에테르인 탄소섬유 다발의 제조방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 계면활성제가 폴리옥시에틸렌(폴리) 스티릴 페닐 에테르인 탄소섬유 다발의 제조방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 평활제는 폴리알킬렌 에테르 글리콜, 지방족 1가 알코올과 지방족 모노 카르복실산과의 에스테르 또는 폴리알킬렌에테르 유도체, 폴리옥시알킬렌 알킬에테르 군중에서 선택된 탄소섬유 다발의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 평활제는 폴리알킬렌 에테르 글리콜인 탄소섬유 다발의 제조방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 사이징제의 점도가 물을 제거한 후의 고형분 기준으로 80 ℃에서 점도가 4ⅹ104~8ⅹ105 cP인 탄소섬유 다발의 제조방법
- 청구항 11에 있어서, 사이징제의 점도가 6ⅹ104~4ⅹ105 cP인 탄소섬유 다발의 제조방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 얻어진 탄소섬유 다발의 보빈상 감긴 탄소섬유 다발을 해사하여 측정시, 사폭 균일도(CV%)가 11 % 이하이고, 사폭 유지율(수지 함침후 사폭×100/수지 함침전 사폭)이 80 % 이상이며, 틈메워짐 plies/전체 plies 비가 0.3 이하이고, 강도전환율(%)이 85 이상이며, 필라멘트 수가 12,000 이상 ~ 48,000 개 이하의 물성을 갖는 탄소섬유 다발의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 한 항의 탄소섬유 다발을 포함한 열경화성 수지 조성물.
- 청구항 14의 수지 조성물을 성형하여 이루어지는 성형품.
