도 2(a)-(f)는 본 발명의 다양한 실시예의 가스 분산 장치의 측단면 개략도이다.
도 3(a)-(d)는 다공분산판이 없는 실시예의 가스 분산 장치의 측단면 개략도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시예의 방사 반응기의 개략단면도이다.

Claims (12)
- 하나 이상의 긴 가스분산관들이 인접하여 단일의 열로 원주를 따라 원형으로 반복 배열되는 방사 반응기용 가스분산장치에 있어서, 상기 각각의 가스분산관은
정면에 형성되는 가스를 분산해서 배출하는 하나 이상의 다공분산판; 및
상기 다공분산판과 대향하는 면의 가스 유출구 부분에 형성된 방사 반응기의 반응 구역으로 경사진 경사면을 구비하여, 상기 가스분산관의 단면적이 점차 감소되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방사 반응기용 가스분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경사면이 가스분산관의 상부에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방사 반응기용 가스분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경사면이 상기 가스분산관의 하부에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방사 반응기용 가스분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공분산판이 정면과 양 측면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방사 반응기용 가스분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경사면은 완만한 경사 곡면으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방사 반응기용 가스분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경사면은 경사각이 상이한 다단의 경사면으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사 반응기용 가스분산장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 상이한 경사각은 가스 배출구로 갈수록 경사각이 증가하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사 반응기용 가스분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공분산판은 내면을 형성하며, 상기 경사면이 있는 대향면은 외면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사 반응기용 가스분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공분산판은 외면을 형성하며, 상기 경사면이 있는 대향면은 내면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사 반응기용 가스분산장치.
- 방사 반응기 장치에 있어서, 반응기 내부를 형성하는 반응기 하우징, 상기 반응기 내부로 유체 스트림을 공급하기 위한 반응기 유입구, 반응기 중심을 방사상으로 둘러싸고 있으며, 촉매 입자의 촉매상을 유지하면서 유체의 유동은 허용토록 적당한 메쉬 크기의 다공성 물질로 된 동심원상의 내외부 스크린에 의하여 한정되는 환상 반응 구역, 상기 반응기 내부로부터 상기 촉매상을 통하여 방사상으로 상기 유체 스트림을 유동시켜 발생되는 생성물을 회수하기 위한 반응기 유출구를 포함하는 방사 반응기에 있어서,
상기 내외부 스크린 가운데 하나 이상에 인접하여 상기 제1항 내지 제9항 중 하나의 가스분산장치가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 방사 반응기.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 가스분산장치가 촉매상 내벽 또는 상기 촉매상 외벽 또는 이들 모두에 근접하여 원형으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사 반응기.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 촉매상의 스크린과 상기 가스분산장치가 당접하는 경우에 상기 다공분산판이 생략되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사 반응기.
