Claims (5)
- 고체 연료 및 연소에 필요 충분한 산화 가스를 공급하여 연소하는 제1단 반응로;
상기 제1단 반응로의 하부에 제공되어 상기 제1단 반응로에서 미연소된 고체 연료의 가스화를 위해 산화 가스를 희박하게 공급하며 연소하여 제2단 반응로;
상기 제2단 반응로의 하부에 제공되어 상기 제2단 반응로에서 미연소된 고체 연료를 연소하기 위해 산화 가스를 공급하며 연소하는 제3단 반응로;
를 포함하는 하향식 분류층 반응장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1단 반응로는
제1가열유닛이 구비된 제1단 반응로 본체와,
상기 제1단 반응로 본체의 상부에 제공되어 고체 연료를 공급하는 연료공급부와,
상기 연료공급부의 일측에 연계되는 제1가스 공급부를 포함하는 하향식 분류층 반응장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제2단 반응로는
제2가열유닛이 구비된 제2단 반응로 본체와,
상기 제1단 반응로 본체와 상기 제2단 반응로 본체 사이에 연결하는 제1배가스 통로와,
상기 제1배가스 통로의 일측에 연계되는 제2가스 공급부를 포함하는 하향식 분류층 반응장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제3단 반응로는
주변부에 제3가열유닛이 구비된 제3단 반응로 본체와,
상기 제2단 반응로 본체와 상기 제3단 반응로 본체 사이에 연결하는 제2배가스 통로와,
상기 제2배가스 통로의 일측에 연계되는 제3가스 공급부와,
상기 제3단 반응로의 하부에 제공되어 상기 제3단 반응로 본체에서 형성된 상기 고체 연료의 회분을 배출하는 미연분 포집부와,
상기 미연분 포집부의 전단에 제공되어 상기 고체 연료의 회분 일부를 포집하는 회분 포집부를 포함하는 하향식 분류층 반응장치. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 고체 연료는 석탄의 미분분말을 포함하는 하향식 분류층 반응장치.
