Claims (2)
- 외피 내에 플럭스가 충전된 플럭스 코어드 와이어에 있어서, 와이어 전체에 대한 중량%로, Li-Si-Fe 산화물: Li환산치 0.7~1.0%, 불화리튬: Li환산치 0.05~0.17%, 환원제: 5.9~7.0%, 마그네슘 산화물: 0.3~0.5%, 나머지는 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 셀프 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 와이어는 망간 0.5~2.0%;
Ni: 0.5~20%, Zr: 0.1~4%, Ti: 0.01~2% 중 1종 이상의 금속;
알칼리토금속 탄산염 0.4~1.0%; 및
기타 불화물: 0.3~14%를 더 포함하는 셀프 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.
