Claims (5)
- A)원지를 준비하는 단계;
B)소성 클레이(calcined clay)와 상기 소성 클레이(calcined clay) 100중량부에 대하여, 고형분 기준 10~40중량부의 바인더를 혼합하여 제조되는 도공액 조성물을 준비하는 단계;
C)상기 원지의 편면 또는 양면에 상기 도공액 조성물을 2~20g/㎡의 양으로 도포하는 단계; 및
D)건조 및 평활화하는 단계를 포함하는 유성 컬러 잉크젯 프린트용 도공지의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원지는 비도공지, 도공지 또는 합성지인 것을 특징으로 하는 유성 컬러 잉크젯 프린트용 도공지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바인더는 아크릴릭 코폴리머(Acrylic copolymer) 수용액, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트(EVA) 또는 폴리비닐알코올(PVA)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유성 컬러 잉크젯 프린트용 도공지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도공액 조성물에는 계면활성제, 윤활제, 정전방지제, 소포제, 형광증백제, 염료, 접착제, 내수화제 및 광택제로 이루어지는 적어도 하나의 첨가제가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유성 컬러 잉크젯 프린트용 도공지의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 의하여 제조되는 유성 컬러 잉크젯 프린트용 도공지.
