Abstract
본 발명은 한방성분을 함유한 구취제거용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 스프레이용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 건강기능식품용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 양송이, 후박, 산죽, 녹차, 천궁, 정향 및 계피를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 종래 구취제거 및 구강질환에 항생제 등의 치료제를 사용하여 여러가지 부작용이 발생했던 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 천연물질인 양송이, 후박, 산죽, 녹차, 천궁, 정향 및 계피 등을 최적의 비율로 혼합함으로써, 탈취, 항산화, 항균 및 항소염 효과가 우수하여 구취 및 구강질환 개선에 효과적인 장점이 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 종래 구취제거 및 구강질환에 항생제 등의 치료제를 사용하여 여러가지 부작용이 발생했던 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 천연물질인 양송이, 후박, 산죽, 녹차, 천궁, 정향 및 계피 등을 최적의 비율로 혼합함으로써, 탈취, 항산화, 항균 및 항소염 효과가 우수하여 구취 및 구강질환 개선에 효과적인 장점이 있다.
Description
본 발명은 한방성분을 함유한 구취제거용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 스프레이용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 건강기능식품용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 천연한방물질인 양송이, 후박, 산죽, 녹차, 천궁, 정향, 계피, 세신 및 감초를 최적의 비율로 혼합함으로써, 탈취, 항산화, 항균 및 항소염 효과가 우수하며, 구취 및 구강질환 개선에 효과적일 뿐만 아니라, 천연물질로서 부작용이 없는 한방성분을 함유한 구취제거용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 스프레이용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 건강기능식품용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
최근 사회생활의 중요한 대인관계의 장애가 되는 구취에 관한 이슈가 대두되고 있으며, 그에 따라 구강건강에 관한 관심이 증가하고 있다.
구취의 원인으로는, 크게 구강내 원인, 구강외 원인, 심인적 원인으로 분류되고 그 중 구취원인의 80~90% 정도를 차지하는 구강내 원인으로 타액량 감소, 타액점조도 증가, 수소이온농도 완충능력 감소, 구강 미생물의 양과 활동성 증가 및 혀의 배면에 부착된 설태와 치료되지 않은 치아우식증과 치주질환과 같은 구강병 등이 있으며, 그 중에서 설태가 가장 큰 비중을 차지한다.
구취의 주요원인 중 하나인 치면세균막 내에 서식하면서 치아우식, 치주질환 및 구취를 유발하는 구강병원균 증식을 억제하는 방법으로, 이들 세균들에 대한 살균 및 정균작용을 갖는 항생제를 포함한 다양한 종류의 항균제제가 충치, 치주질환, 치수 및 치근단 감염의 억제 및 치료제로써 개발되어 왔다.
하지만, 항생제 등의 구취 치료제는 인체 전반에 대한 부작용과 함께 구강 내 내성균의 출현 및 균교대증을 유발할 수 있기 때문에 장기적인 사용이 곤란하여 단지 치료제만으로 이용될 수 있는 문제가 있다.
따라서, 상기와 같은 부작용에 대한 우려가 없으면서도 구강병원균에 대한 항균효과가 뛰어나고 구취 억제에 효과적이며 동시에 체내에도 안전하여 안심하고 사용할 수 있는 천연 유래의 조성물에 대한 개발이 요구되고 있다.
본 발명은 종래 구취제거 및 구강질환에 항생제 등의 치료제를 사용하여 여러가지 부작용이 발생했던 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 천연물질인 양송이, 후박, 산죽, 녹차, 천궁, 정향 및 계피 등을 최적의 비율로 혼합함으로써, 탈취, 항산화, 항균 및 항소염 효과가 우수하여 구취 및 구강질환 개선에 효과적인 한방성분을 함유한 구취제거용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 스프레이용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 건강기능식품용 조성물을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한, 천연물질에서 특정 성분만을 추출한 것이 아닌, 천연물질 자체를 그대로 혼합함으로써, 안전성이 충분히 입증되었으며, 부작용이 전혀 없는 구취제거용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 스프레이용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 건강기능식품용 조성물을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한, 각 한방재료를 최적의 방식으로 추출이나 처리하여 혼합함으로써, 구강질환에 대한 우수한 약리활성을 발현시키고, 스프레이 및 건강기능식품 첨가제로도 구현하여 활용성을 향상시킨 구취제거용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 스프레이용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 건강기능식품용 조성물을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 한방성분을 함유한 구취제거용 조성물의 제 1실시예는, 양송이, 후박, 산죽, 녹차, 천궁, 정향 및 계피를 포함할 수 있으며, 세신 및 감초를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 양송이 100중량부에 대하여, 상기 후박 60 내지 180중량부, 상기 산죽 30 내지 75중량부, 상기 녹차 30 내지 75중량부, 상기 천궁 15 내지 40중량부, 상기 정향 3 내지 15중량부 및 상기 계피 3 내지 15중량부를 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 양송이 100중량부에 대하여, 상기 세신 15 내지 40중량부 및 상기 감초 6 내지 15중량부를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 양송이, 상기 후박, 상기 산죽, 상기 녹차, 상기 천궁, 상기 정향, 상기 계피, 상기 세신 및 상기 감초는 물 또는 유기용매 중 적어도 하나를 이용하여 추출될 수 있으며, 상기 후박은 생강 농축액을 이용하여 볶여질 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 한방성분을 함유한 구취제거용 조성물의 제 2실시예는, 양송이 20 내지 35중량%, 후박 20 내지 35중량%, 산죽 10 내지 15중량%, 녹차 10 내지 15중량%, 천궁 5 내지 8중량%, 정향 1 내지 3중량%, 계피 1 내지 3중량%, 세신 5 내지 8중량% 및 감초 2 내지 3중량%를 포함할 수 있다.
다음으로, 본 발명에 따른 스프레이용 조성물은, 본 발명의 한방성분을 함유한 구취제거용 조성물 1 내지 3중량%, 자일리톨 1 내지 3중량%, 물 94 내지 97중량% 및, 페퍼민트 또는 스피아민트 중 적어도 하나 0.01 내지 1중량%를 포함할 수 있다.
다음으로, 본 발명에 따른 건강기능식품용 조성물은, 본 발명의 한방성분을 함유한 구취제거용 조성물 1 내지 10중량%, 혼합분말 55 내지 75중량%, 덱스트린 10 내지 40중량%, 이산화규소 1 내지 5중량%, 자당 지방산 에스테르 1 내지 5중량% 및 베타시토스테롤 0.01 내지 2중량%를 포함하며, 상기 혼합분말은 근대, 생강, 시금치, 연근, 당근, 우엉, 단호박, 브로콜리, 자색고구마 또는 유자 중 적어도 둘을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 건강기능식품용 조성물은, 정제 또는 껌의 형태일 수 있다.

또한, 천연물질에서 특정 성분만을 추출한 것이 아닌, 천연물질 자체를 그대로 혼합함으로써, 안전성이 충분히 입증되었으며, 부작용이 전혀 없는 장점이 있다.
또한, 각 한방재료를 최적의 방식으로 추출이나 처리하여 혼합함으로써, 구강질환에 대한 우수한 약리활성을 발현시키고, 스프레이 및 건강기능식품 첨가제로도 구현하여 활용성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명에 의한 한방성분을 함유한 구취제거용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 스프레이용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 건강기능식품용 조성물에 대하여 본 발명의 바람직한 하나의 실시형태를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다. 본 발명은 하기의 실시예에 의하여 보다 더 잘 이해될 수 있으며, 하기의 실시예는 본 발명의 예시목적을 위한 것이고, 첨부된 특허청구범위에 의하여 한정되는 보호범위를 제한하고자 하는 것은 아니다.
먼저, 본 발명의 한방성분을 함유한 구취제거용 조성물의 제 1실시예는, 양송이, 후박, 산죽, 녹차, 천궁, 정향 및 계피를 포함할 수 있다. 바람직하게는, 세신 및 감초를 더 포함할 수 있다. 이들 물질은 각각은 다른 특성을 가지나, 함께 사용함으로써, 본 발명에서 기대하는 새로운 효능이 나타나는 것으로 확인되었다.
여기서, 양송이는 담자기에 2개의 포자만 착생하며 전세계에 널리 분포하고 수십 종이 보고되어 있으며 그 중 담황색주름버섯(A. silvicola)과 A. xanthodermus 등 독버섯인 2종을 제외한 주름버섯(A. campestris) 등 나머지 대부분의 버섯이 본 발명에 적용될 수 있다. 이는 여러 종류의 폴리페놀에 의한 부가반응에 의하여 휘발성 유황화합물이 비휘발성으로 변화하며 악취성분의 제거효과를 구현하는 역할을 한다.
상기 휘발성 유황화합물은 장내 세균에 의한 대사산물과 소화되지 않는 영양분 중에 함유되어 있는 효소에 의한 단백질 분해작용에 의해 약 100여 종류가 발생하게 된다. 양송이는 이러한 휘발성 유황화합물을 비휘발성으로 변화시키는 반응을 주도하게 된다.
또한, 후박은 후박나무의 추출물을 의미하며, 후박나무 추출물은 후박나무의 줄기껍질 등에서 추출될 수 있다. 상기 후박나무 추출물에 들어있는 성분인 마그놀롤과 호노키올은 충치균에 대한 항균작용이 강하여, 구취제거 및 치주질환 예방의 역할을 한다.
상기 후박은 생강 농축액을 이용하여 볶여진 것을 사용하는 것이 바람직하다. 이는 생강 법제를 하지 않으면 맛이 너무 강해 목구멍과 혀를 자극할 수 있는 문제를 해결할 수 있으며, 양송이 등의 타 물질과의 혼합을 용이하게 함으로써, 구취제거 및 치주질환 예방 효과를 극대화하기 위함이다.
상기 후박은 상기 양송이 100중량부에 대하여, 60 내지 180중량부로 포함될 수 있으며, 바람직하게는, 80 내지 150중량부로 포함될 수 있다. 60중량부 미만인 경우에는 구취제거 효과가 미미하며, 180중량부를 초과하는 경우에는 오히려 구취제거 효과가 저하될 뿐만 아니라, 타 성분의 효능을 제한하는 문제가 있다.
또한, 상기 산죽은 조릿대라고도 불리며, 벼과의 상록식물로 전국에 자생하고 있으며, 다양한 종류의 조릿대가 있고, 그 중 제주조릿대(Sasa quelpaertensis NAKAI)가 본 발명에 가장 효과적이다. 이는 염증을 억제하는 효과가 있다.
상기 산죽은 상기 양송이 100중량부에 대하여, 30 내지 75중량부로 포함될 수 있으며, 바람직하게는, 40 내지 65중량부로 포함될 수 있다. 30중량부 미만인 경우에는 염증 억제 효과를 나타내기 어려우며, 75중량부를 초과하는 경우에는 항염 효능 향상이 미미하며 경제성이 저하되는 문제가 있다.
또한, 상기 녹차는 플라보노이드 성분이 포함되어 있으며, 이는 항균, 탈취 및 구취 제거 효과가 있다.
상기 녹차는 상기 양송이 100중량부에 대하여, 30 내지 75중량부로 포함될 수 있으며, 바람직하게는, 40 내지 65중량부로 포함될 수 있다. 이 범위 내에서 타 성분과의 상호작용으로 인한 구취제거 효과를 극대화할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 천궁은 쌍떡잎식물 이판화군 산형화목 미나리과의 여러해살이풀을 말한다. 이는 진정 및 살균 효과를 나타낸다.
상기 천궁은 상기 양송이 100중량부에 대하여, 15 내지 40중량부로 포함될 수 있으며, 바람직하게는, 20 내지 30중량부로 포함될 수 있다. 15중량부 미만인 경우에는 진정 및 살균 효과가 미미하며, 40중량부를 초과하는 경우에는 두통, 구토 등의 문제가 발생할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 정향은 정향나무과의 정향(Syzygium aromaticum Merrill et Perry)의 꽃봉오리를 말한다. 이는 항균 및 방부 효과가 있다.
상기 정향은 상기 양송이 100중량부에 대하여, 15 내지 40중량부로 포함될 수 있으며, 바람직하게는, 20 내지 30중량부로 포함될 수 있다. 15중량부 미만인 경우에는 진정 및 살균 효과가 미미하며, 40중량부를 초과하는 경우에는 두통, 구토 등의 문제가 발생할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 계피는 신나믹 알데히드 등의 성분이 포함되어 있으며, 그로 인해 충치유발균의 성장 억제, 악취 제거 및 단맛의 효과가 있다.
상기 계피는 상기 양송이 100중량부에 대하여, 3 내지 15중량부로 포함될 수 있으며, 바람직하게는, 4 내지 10중량부로 포함될 수 있다. 3중량부 미만인 경우에는 악취 제거 및 단맛 효과를 구현하기 어려우며, 15중량부를 초과하는 경우에는 쓴맛이 부각되어 섭취가 용이하지 않고, 악취 제거 효능의 증가도 미미한 문제가 발생할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 세신은 족두리의 뿌리를 한방에서 이르는 용어로 구강에의 항균 작용을 보강하는 역할을 한다.
상기 세신은 상기 양송이 100중량부에 대하여, 15 내지 40중량부로 포함될 수 있으며, 바람직하게는, 20 내지 30중량부로 포함될 수 있다. 15중량부 미만인 경우에는 구강에서의 항균 효과를 구현하기 어려우며, 40중량부를 초과하는 경우에는 오히려 타 성분의 효능을 저하시킬 수 있는 문제가 있다.
또한, 상기 감초는 콩과에 속한 다년생 초본인 유럽감초나 만주감초의 뿌리를 말하며, 글리시리진을 주성분으로 하는 물질로, 바이러스 억제작용 및 잇몸의 치주염, 치은염 등의 예방 효과를 나타낸다.
상기 감초는 상기 양송이 100중량부에 대하여, 6 내지 15중량부로 포함될 수 있으며, 바람직하게는, 8 내지 12중량부로 포함될 수 있다. 6중량부 미만인 경우에는 바이러스 억제 효과가 미미하며, 15중량부를 초과하는 경우에는 오히려 타 성분의 효능을 저하시킬 수 있는 문제가 있다.
또한, 상기 양송이, 상기 후박, 상기 산죽, 상기 녹차, 상기 천궁, 상기 정향, 상기 계피, 상기 세신 및 상기 감초는 물 또는 유기용매 중 적어도 하나를 이용하여 추출할 수 있다. 바람직하게는, 열수 또는 에탄올 중 적어도 하나, 더욱 바람직하게는, 열수 및 에탄올을 혼합하여 추출할 수 있다.
이들 물질을 각각 추출할 수도 있고, 모두 혼합하여 동시에 추출할 수도 있다.
또한, 상기 방식으로 추출된 추출물을 여과하는 여과단계, 여과된 추출물을 농축하는 농축단계 및 상기 농축된 추출물을 동결건조하는 단계를 거쳐 본 발명에서 사용되는 것이 바람직하다.
이러한 물질들을 혼합함으로써, 각각의 물질이 구현하기 어려웠던 상승효과가 나타나, 비로소 부작용없이 효율적으로 구취 제거 및 구강질환 예방효과를 구현할 수 있다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 한방성분을 함유한 구취제거용 조성물의 제 2실시예는, 양송이 20 내지 35중량%, 후박 20 내지 35중량%, 산죽 10 내지 15중량%, 녹차 10 내지 15중량%, 천궁 5 내지 8중량%, 정향 1 내지 3중량%, 계피 1 내지 3중량%, 세신 5 내지 8중량% 및 감초 2 내지 3중량%를 포함할 수 있다. 이 범위 내에서, 본원발명이 목적하는 부작용이 없으면서도 탈취, 항산화, 항균 및 항소염 효과가 우수하여 구취 및 구강질환 개선에 효과적인 조성물을 구현할 수 있다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 한방성분을 함유한 구취제거용 조성물을 포함하는 스프레이용 조성물은, 상기 한방성분을 함유한 구취제거용 조성물 1 내지 3중량%, 자일리톨 1 내지 3중량%, 물 94 내지 97중량% 및, 페퍼민트 또는 스피아민트 중 적어도 하나 0.01 내지 1중량%를 포함할 수 있다. 이는 스프레이가 가능하면서도, 본 발명의 효능을 효과적으로 발현하기 위하여 수차례의 실험을 통해 최적의 물질 및 함량을 설정한 것이다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 한방성분을 함유한 구취제거용 조성물을 포함하는 건강기능식품용 조성물은, 상기 한방성분을 함유한 구취제거용 조성물 1 내지 10중량%, 혼합분말 55 내지 75중량%, 덱스트린 10 내지 40중량%, 이산화규소 1 내지 5중량%, 자당 지방산 에스테르 1 내지 5중량% 및 베타시토스테롤 0.01 내지 2중량%를 포함할 수 있다. 이는 건강기능식품 또는 이의 첨가물로서, 본 발명의 효능을 효과적으로 인체에 전달하기 위하여 수차례의 실험을 통해 개발된 조성이다.
여기서, 혼합분말은 근대, 생강, 시금치, 연근, 당근, 우엉, 단호박, 브로콜리, 자색고구마 또는 유자 중 적어도 둘을 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 건강기능식품용 조성물은, 다양한 형태로 사용될 수 있으나, 정제(tablet) 또는 껌(gum)의 형태인 것이 가장 효과적이다.
이상에서 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 다양한 변화와 변경 및 균등물을 사용할 수 있다. 본 발명은 상기 실시예를 적절히 변형하여 동일하게 응용할 수 있음이 명확하다. 따라서 상기 기재 내용은 하기 특허청구범위의 한계에 의해 정해지는 본 발명의 범위를 한정하는 것이 아니다.
