Claims (7)
- 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 개시제, 안료, 불소 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소를 함유한 치과 의치상용 레진 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 불소 화합물은 NaF, CaF2, NH4F, KF, Na2FPO4, K2FPO4 및 SnF2으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 불소를 함유한 치과 의치상용 레진 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 불소 화합물은 조성물 총 중량 중 0.01 내지 10중량%로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소를 함유한 치과 의치상용 레진 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 이산화티타늄, 실리카, 레이온 섬유를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소를 함유한 치과 의치상용 레진 조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 상기 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 75 내지 98중량%, 상기 개시제 0.1 내지 3중량%, 상기 불소 화합물 0.01 내지 10중량%, 상기 안료 0.00001 내지 0.05중량%, 상기 이산화티타늄 0.001 내지 5중량%, 상기 실리카 0.001 내지 5중량%, 상기 레이온 섬유 0.1 내지 10중량%로 조성된 것을 특징으로 하는 불소를 함유한 치과 의치상용 레진 조성물.
- 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 99.5중량%와 백색안료 0.5중량%를 혼합하여 백색안료 혼합물을 얻는 단계와;
폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 99.95중량%와 적색안료 0.05중량%를 혼합하여 적색안료 혼합물을 얻는 단계와;
폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 99.95중량%와 갈색안료 0.05중량%를 혼합하여 갈색안료 혼합물을 얻는 단계와;
폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 99.99중량%와 흑색안료 0.01중량%를 혼합하여 흑색안료 혼합물을 얻는 단계와;
폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 99.8중량%와 개시제 0.2중량%를 혼합하여 개시제 혼합물을 얻는 단계와;
상기 백색안료 혼합물, 적색안료 혼합물, 갈색안료 혼합물, 흑색안료 혼합물, 개시제 혼합물을 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 및 불소 화합물과 혼합하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소를 함유한 치과 의치상용 레진 조성물의 제조방법. - 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 개시제, 안료, 불소 화합물을 혼합하여 고상의 레진 조성물을 수득하는 제 1조성단계와;
관능성 단량체 및 가교제를 혼합하여 액상 조성물을 수득하는 제 2조성단계와;
상기 레진 조성물과 상기 액상 조성물을 1~3:1의 중량비로 혼합하는 혼합단계와;
상기 혼합단계에서 수득한 혼합물을 중합시키는 중합단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소를 함유한 치과 의치상용 중합체의 제조방법.
