Claims (15)
- 절곡 방열부를 갖는 방열 핀에 있어서,
내부에 오일 유도용 홈이 형성되고, 상단, 하단의 양단(兩端)에는 수평 방향으로 연장된 연결 슬리브가 설치되어 있는 본체를 포함하고,
상기 본체는 적어도 일단의 가장자리에서 중심부까지의 일정 거리의 영역에 절곡 방열부가 형성되고, 상기 절곡 방열부의 상단, 하단의 양단은 상이한 수직 평면 내에 위치하거나, 또는 상기 절곡 방열부의 상단, 하단의 양단은 동일한 수직 평면 내에 위치하되, 그 중간의 적어도 일부분은 만곡 형태이고, 측면으로 돌출된 구성을 형성하고, 상기 절곡 방열부는 상기 본체의 전체 면적의 10% 내지 80%를 차지하는
것을 특징으로 하는 절곡 방열부를 갖는 방열 핀. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절곡 방열부의 상단, 하단의 양단은 상이한 수직 평면 내에 위치하고, 양자는 방향이 상반되는 두 개의 밴딩부를 포함하는 비틀림부에 의해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절곡 방열부를 갖는 방열 핀. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 상단이 위치하는 평면과 상기 하단이 위치하는 평면 사이의 협각은 5도 내지 85도인 것을 특징으로 하는 절곡 방열부를 갖는 방열 핀. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절곡 방열부의 상단, 하단의 양단은 동일한 수직 평면 내에 위치하고, 양자는 방향이 동일한 두 개의 밴딩부를 포함하는 만곡부에 의해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절곡 방열부를 갖는 방열 핀. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 상단, 하단의 양단의 수직 투영과 상기 만곡부의 수직 투영 사이의 협각은 5도 내지 85도인 것을 특징으로 하는 절곡 방열부를 갖는 방열 핀. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 만곡부의 정점에서 상기 상단 및 하단이 위치하는 평면까지의 거리는 5mm 내지 70mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 절곡 방열부를 갖는 방열 핀. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절곡 방열부의 상단, 하단의 양단은 동일한 수직 평면 내에 위치하고, 양자는 방향이 동일한 두 개의 밴딩부를 포함하는 다수 개의 만곡부에 의해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절곡 방열부를 갖는 방열 핀. - 제7항에 있어서,
인접한 두 개의 상기 만곡부의 만곡 방향은 서로 상반되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절곡 방열부를 갖는 방열 핀. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 상단, 하단의 양단의 수직 투영과 상기 만곡부의 수직 투영 사이의 협각은 5도 내지 85도인 것을 특징으로 하는 절곡 방열부를 갖는 방열 핀. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 만곡부의 정점에서 상기 상단 및 하단이 위치하는 평면까지의 거리는 5mm 내지 70mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 절곡 방열부를 갖는 방열 핀. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 본체의 중심부에는 링 형상의 폐쇄부가 설치되어 있고, 상기 링 형상 폐쇄부는 상기 본체를 방열부와 오일 가이드부로 나누고, 상기 링 형상 폐쇄부의 내측은 오일 가이드부이고, 상기 링 형상 폐쇄부의 외측은 방열부이고, 상기 본체의 적어도 일단의 방열부는 상기 절곡 방열부인 것을 특징을 하는 절곡 방열부를 갖는 방열 핀. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 본체는 대형 방열 핀과 상기 대형 방열 핀 상에 용접된 소형 방열 핀을 포함하고, 상기 대형 방열 핀의 중심부에는 상기 링 형상 폐쇄부가 설치되어 있고, 상기 소형 방열 핀과 상기 링 형상 폐쇄부는 용접되고, 상기 대형 방열 핀에서 상기 링 형상 폐쇄부의 외측에 위치하는 부분은 상기 방열부인 것을 특징으로 하는 절곡 방열부를 갖는 방열 핀. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 절곡 방열부의 가로 방향 임의의 위치에서의 종단면이 형성하는 곡선 궤적은 모두 중첩되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 절곡 방열부를 갖는 방열 핀. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 절곡 방열부는 펀칭 인장에 의해 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 절곡 방열부를 갖는 방열 핀. - 다수 개의 순차적으로 연결된 절곡 방열부를 갖는 방열 핀을 포함하는 방열체, 상기 방열체의 내부에 장착된 가열 부재, 상기 방열체 상에 설치된 전기 제어 모듈을 포함하는 전기 오일 히터에 있어서,
다수 개의 상기 절곡 방열부를 갖는 방열 핀은 모두 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 절곡 방열부를 갖는 방열 핀인
것을 특징으로 하는 전기 오일 히터.
