Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 기판 및 상기 기판의 제1 면 상에 침착된 티타늄 산화물 기재의 적어도 하나의 얇은 층을 포함하는 재료를 얻는 방법이며,
- 상기 티타늄 산화물 기재의 적어도 하나의 얇은 층을 침착시키며, 여기서 상기 티타늄 산화물 기재의 층은 금속 이온으로 임의로 도핑된 티타늄 산화물로 제조되는 층인 단계,
- 상기 티타늄 산화물 기재의 얇은 층의 상부에 탄소-기재 무기 임시 보호 층을 침착시키며, 여기서 상기 임시 보호 층은 티타늄 산화물 기재의 층과 직접 접촉해서 침착되는 것인 단계, 및
- 재료를 350℃ 초과의 온도에서 열 처리하는 단계
를 포함하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 임시 보호 층이 열 처리 동안 적어도 부분적으로, 바람직하게는 완전히 제거되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 티타늄 산화물 기재의 얇은 층 및 임시 보호 층을 스퍼터링에 의해 침착시키는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄소-기재 임시 보호 층이 1 내지 10 ㎚, 바람직하게는 2 내지 5 ㎚의 두께를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 임시 보호 층이 흑연 또는 다이아몬드 유형의 탄소로 제조되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열 처리가 500℃ 이상, 바람직하게는 600℃ 이상의 온도에서 수행되는 템퍼링인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 열 처리를 30 s 이상, 바람직하게는 60 s 이상, 훨씬 더 좋게는 150 s 이상의 기간 동안 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열 처리가 350℃ 내지 550℃의 온도에서 1 시간 이상의 기간 동안 수행되는 어닐링인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아나타제 형태로 적어도 부분적으로 결정화된 티타늄 산화물 기재의 얇은 층이 얻어지는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판이 유리, 특히 소다-석회-실리카 유리로 제조된 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판이 1 m 이상, 또는 심지어 2 m 이상의 적어도 하나의 치수를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 재료가 기판의 제1 면과 직접 접촉해서 침착된 규소 산화물 또는 규소 질화물 기재의 적어도 하나의 배리어 층을 포함하는 것인 방법.
