Claims (15)
- 공기조화기의 동작상태를 표시하는 표시부;
회전동작하여 동력을 발생시키는 모터;
상기 모터의 구동을 제어하는 구동제어부;
상기 모터의 이상을 감지하는 감지부; 및
상기 감지부로부터 입력되는 데이터에 대응하여 상기 공기조화기의 운전을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고,
상기 감지부는, 상기 구동제어부로부터 상기 모터로 공급되는 동작전류가 흐르는 전원선에 장착되어 상기 동작전류를 감지하여 상시 모터의 고장 및 그 동작상태를 감지하고,
상기 표시부는 상기 제어부의 제어명령에 대응하여 상기 모터의 동작상태를 출력하고, 상기 모터에서 발생된 이상에 대한 경고메시지를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 모터는 상기 공기조화기의 실외기팬, 실내기팬 및 압축기에 각각 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 감지부는 상기 모터로 공급되는 3상 전원중 어느 하나의 전원선에 탈부착 가능한 형태로 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 감지부는 상기 전원선을 감싸는 형태로 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 감지부는 상기 전원선과 전기적으로 연결되지 않고, 소정거리 이격되어, 유도전류를 이용하여 상기 전원선을 흐르는 동작전류를 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 감지부는 클립형태로 형성되어 상기 전원선에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 감지부는 상기 전워선을 흐르는 상기 동작전류를 감지하는 센서;
상기 센서로부터 감지되는 상기 동작전류에 대응하여 상기 모터의 동작상태 또는 이상을 판단하는 신호처리부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 신호처리부는 상기 센서를 통해 상기 전원선으로부터 감지되는 상기 동작전류의 전류파형에 변화가 있는 경우 그에 대한 데이터를 상기 제어부로 입력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 신호처리부는 상기 전류파형에 대응하여 상기 모터 내의 베어링의 마모로 인한 이상으로 판단하여 고장위치에 대한 데이터를 상기 제어부로 입력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 신호처리부는 상기 센서를 통해 상기 전원선으로부터 감지되는 상기 동작전류에 특정 전류 주파수가 포함된 경우 그에 대한 데이터를 상기 제어부로 입력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 신호처리부는 상기 특정 전류 주파수에 대응하여 상기 모터 내의 고정자 이상으로 판단하여 고장위치에 대한 데이터를 상기 제어부로 입력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 신호처리부로부터 입력되는 데이터에 대응하여, 상기 모터에 고장이 발생된 경우 운전을 정지하고, 상기 표시부를 통해 경고를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 신호처리부로부터 입력되는 데이터에 대응하여, 상기 모터의 동작상태에 대하여 이상 전류 또는 이상 주파수가 포함된 경우, 운전은 유지하면서, 상기 표시부를 통해 모터 이상에 대한 경고를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 신호처리부로부터 입력되는 데이터에 대응하여, 이상 발생에 따른 데이터를 다른 유닛으로 전송하여, 상기 다른 유닛을 통해 경고가 출력되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 표시부는 상기 모터에 이상이 있는 경우, 상기 제어부의 제어명령에 대응하여, 기 발생된 고장에 대한 경고메시지와, 이상 상태에 대한 경고메시지를 각각 상이하게 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기.
