Claims (9)
- 사이클로펜타다이엔계 화합물과 바이닐 방향족 화합물을 열중합하는 열중합 공정과,
상기 열중합 공정에서 얻어진 공중합체에, 수소화 용매의 존재화에서 수소를 첨가하여 수소화 반응시키는 수소화 반응 공정과,
상기 수소화 반응 공정 후의 반응 혼합물로부터, 수소첨가 석유 수지 중에 6질량% 이상 10질량% 이하의 수소첨가 저분자량체가 잔존하도록 수소첨가 석유 수지를 분리하는 휘발 성분 제거 공정을 구비하고,
상기 휘발 성분 제거 공정을, 상기 반응 혼합물을 가압하는 가압 수단과, 이 가압 수단으로 가압된 상기 반응 혼합물을 가압하에서 가열하는 가열 수단과, 상기 가압 및 가열된 상기 반응 혼합물이 유입되는 감압된 감압 공간을 가진 감압 수단과, 상기 반응 혼합물을 유통 가능한 유로를 갖고, 상기 감압 수단의 감압 공간 내에 유입된 상기 반응 혼합물을 상기 유로에 유통시키는 상태로 상기 감압 공간 내에 배설된 유통 부재를 구비하는 휘발 성분 제거 장치를 이용하여 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소첨가 석유 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 반응 혼합물의 유량(F)과, 상기 유로의 평균 직경(D)과, 상기 유로의 수(N)가, 하기 수식(F1)으로 표시되는 조건을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소첨가 석유 수지의 제조 방법.
F/(πD×N)≤1500kg/(h·m) ···(F1) - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 상기 휘발 성분 제거 공정 후의 수소첨가 석유 수지의 연화점이 90℃ 이상 160℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소첨가 석유 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유로의 평균 직경(D)이 0.001m(1mm) 이상 0.02m(20mm) 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소첨가 석유 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유로의 수(N)가 1 이상 100000 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소첨가 석유 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 반응 혼합물의 JIS Z8803에 기재된 방법에 의해 측정한 휘발 성분 제거 공정에서의 온도에 있어서의 점도가 0.01Pa·s 이상 1.0Pa·s 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소첨가 석유 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 가열 수단은 100℃ 이상 350℃ 이하로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소첨가 석유 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 가압 수단은 0.1MPaG 이상으로 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소첨가 석유 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 감압 수단은 6.67kPaAbs 이하로 감압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소첨가 석유 수지의 제조 방법.
