Claims (15)
- 조성물로서,
제1 반복 단위를 포함하는 폴리올레핀;
중공 유리 미소구체;
화학적으로 비가교결합되고 극성 작용기가 없는 폴리올레핀 충격 개질제; 및
제1 반복 단위와 제2 반복 단위 - 극성 작용기로 개질된 제1 반복 단위임 - 를 포함하는 상용화제를 포함하며,
중공 유리 미소구체, 폴리올레핀 충격 개질제 및 상용화제의 총 부피를 기준으로, 중공 유리 미소구체는 40 부피% 내지 70 부피% 범위로 존재하고, 폴리올레핀 충격 개질제는 20 부피% 내지 50 부피% 범위로 존재하고, 상용화제는 4 부피% 내지 12 부피% 범위로 존재하고, 조성물은 노치 아이조드 충격 강도(notched izod impact strength)가 60 J/m 이상이고, 조성물은 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 10 중량% 초과의 유리를 포함하는, 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 하기 조건들 중 적어도 하나를 만족하는, 조성물:
조성물의 인장 모듈러스는 폴리올레핀의 50% 이상, 또는
조성물의 인장 강도는 폴리올레핀의 50% 이상, 또는
조성물의 굽힘 모듈러스는 폴리올레핀의 50% 이상, 또는
조성물의 굽힘 강도는 폴리올레핀의 50% 이상. - 제1 반복 단위를 포함하는 폴리올레핀과의 조합을 위한 마스터배치(master batch) 조성물로서,
중공 유리 미소구체;
화학적으로 비가교결합되고 극성 작용기가 없는 폴리올레핀 충격 개질제; 및
제1 반복 단위와, 극성 작용기로 개질된 제2 반복 단위를 포함하는 상용화제를 포함하고,
중공 유리 미소구체, 폴리올레핀 충격 개질제 및 상용화제의 총 부피를 기준으로, 중공 유리 미소구체는 40 부피% 내지 65 부피% 범위로 존재하고, 폴리올레핀 충격 개질제는 20 부피% 내지 50 부피% 범위로 존재하고, 상용화제는 4 부피% 내지 15 부피% 범위로 존재하는, 마스터배치 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀은 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 반복 단위는 폴리에틸렌 반복 단위인, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 충격 개질제는 190℃ 및 2.16 ㎏에서의 용융 유동 지수(melt flow index)가 10분당 10 g 이상인, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 2 중량% 초과의 상용화제를 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상용화제는 말레산 무수물 개질된 폴리올레핀인, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보강 충전제를 추가로 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물은 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 활석을 5 중량% 미만으로 포함하거나, 또는 조성물은 칩 두께가 25 나노미터 미만인 몬모릴로나이트 점토 또는 평균 입자 크기가 100 나노미터 미만인 탄산칼슘 중 하나 이상을 1 중량% 미만으로 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중공 유리 미소구체는 실란 커플링제로 처리되지 않는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중공 유리 미소구체 10 부피%가 붕괴하는 정수압은 약 50 메가파스칼 이상인, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 충격 개질제는 에틸렌 프로필렌 탄성중합체, 에틸렌 옥텐 탄성중합체, 에틸렌 프로필렌 다이엔 탄성중합체, 에틸렌 프로필렌 옥텐 탄성중합체 또는 이들의 조합인, 조성물.
- 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는 물품으로서, 조성물은 고체이거나, 물품은 안전모이거나, 또는 물품은 자동차 내장 또는 외장 구성요소인, 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 사출 성형하여 물품을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 물품의 제조 방법.
