Claims (4)
- 각종 센서(11,12,13,14) 및 무선 센서 네트워크(19)를 포함하여 실외 환경 조건을 총괄적으로 감지하는 외부환경감지부(100)와;
상기 외부환경감지부(100)와 동일하게 각종 센서(11,12,13,14) 및 무선 센서 네트워크(19)를 포함하여 실내 환경 조건을 총괄적으로 감지하는 내부환경감지부(200)와;
상기 외부환경감지부(100)와 내부환경감지부(200)에 의해 감지된 환경조건을 취합하여 저장함과 아울러, 미리 설정된 S/W 알고리즘이 저장된 데이타베이스(300)와;
상기 외부환경감지부(100)와 내부환경감지부(200)에 의해 감지된 환경조건과 데이타베이스(300)에 저장된 S/W 알고리즘을 종합적으로 비교, 분석하여 내부 환경조건의 설정 기준치를 가변 시키고, 가변 된 설정 기준치를 통해 부대시설(400)를 자동적으로 제어하여 최적의 내부 환경조건을 설정하는 제어부(500)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실,내외 환경 변화에 따른 스마트홈 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
실내에는 비접촉으로 실내 거주자의 건강, 부상, 실신 등의 위급상항이나 실내 화재, 침입, 도난 등의 비상상황을 감지하여 상기 제어부(500)에 전달하는 비상감지부(210)가 더 구비되고,
상기 제어부(500)에는 상기 비상감지부(210)의 신호에 따라 데이타베이스(300)에 미리 저장된 비상연락처로 연락하여 비상 상황을 알리는 비상통신부(510)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실,내외 환경 변화에 따른 스마트홈 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
자연 에너지를 이용한 발전전원(62)으로 상시 또는 비상시 상기 부대시설(400)에 전원을 공급하는 전력공급부(600)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실,내외 환경 변화에 따른 스마트홈 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제어부(500)에는 상기 내부환경감지부(200)를 통해 실내 에너지 사용량을 측정하고, 이를 사용자의 스마트폰으로 전송하는 데이타전송부(520)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실,내외 환경 변화에 따른 스마트홈 시스템.
