Claims (5)
- 다음 화학식(Ⅱ)의 디알킬포름아미드 디알킬아세탈을 화학식(Ⅲ)의 디플루오로 케토에스테르와 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다음 화학식(I)로 표시되는 4,4-디플루오로-((2-디알킬아미노)메틸렌)-3-옥소부탄산 알킬에스테르의 제조방법.
[화학식(Ⅰ)]
상기 화학식(Ⅰ)에서, R₁,R₂은 각각 C₁~ C₄의 알킬기이고, R은 메틸기 혹은 에틸기이다.
[화학식 (Ⅱ)]
상기 화학식(Ⅱ)에서, R₁,R₂,R₃ 및 R₄는 각각 C₁~ C₄의 알킬기이다.
[화학식 (Ⅲ)]
상기 화학식(Ⅲ)에서, R 은 메틸기 혹은 에틸기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식(Ⅱ)의 디알킬포름아미드 디알킬아세탈과 상기 화학식(Ⅲ)의 디플루오로 케토에스테르는 -25℃ 내지 -10℃의 온도에서 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 4,4-디플루오로-((2-디알킬아미노)메틸렌)-3-옥소부탄산 알킬에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화학식(II-1)의 N,N-디알킬 포름아미드와 상기 화학식(II-2)의 디알킬 황산은 수분이 제거된 상태에서 서로 동일한 몰량으로 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 4,4-디플루오로-((2-디메틸아미노)메틸렌)-3-옥소부탄산 알킬에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화학식(Ⅱ)의 디알킬포름아미드 디알킬아세탈은, 분리하지 않고 그대로 화학식(Ⅲ)의 디플루오로 케토에스테르와 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 4,4-디플루오로-((2-디메틸아미노)메틸렌)-3-옥소부탄산 알킬에스테르의 제조방법.
