Claims (9)
- 헤드 부분을 포함하고 밸브 시트에 대해 배열된 상부 밸브 부분을 수용하는 밸브 시트를 갖는 파이프 부분이 구비된 위생 피팅으로서, 상기 헤드 부분을 통하여 스핀들이 중심을 통과하고, 상기 스핀들은 회전 및/또는 피벗회전하도록 헤드 부분 내에 장착되고, 상기 스핀들에 의해 헤드 부분 내의 하나의 제어 디스크가 입구 디스크에 대해 이동가능하고, 상부 밸브 부분은 파이프 부분과 분리가능하게 연결되고, 배향각으로 오프셋 배열된 2개 이상의 회전 위치에서 파이프 부분(2) 내의 상부 밸브 부분(5)의 정해진 위치설정을 위한 수단이 제공되는 위생 피팅.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배향각은 15° 내지 90°, 바람직하게는 25° 내지 60°, 특히 바람직하게는 45°인 위생 피팅.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상부 밸브 부분(5)은 부착 링을 통하여 파이프 부분과 연결되는 위생 피팅.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브 시트는 파이프 부분(2) 내에 배열된 밸브 시트 몸체(4)에 의해 형성되는 위생 피팅.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상부 밸브 부분(5)의 외부 맨틀 상에 또는 파이프 부분(2)의 내부 벽 상에 돌출부(514)가 배열되고, 상기 돌출부는 배향각으로 오프셋 배열된 파이프 부분의 내부 벽 상에 또는 상부 밸브 부분의 외부 맨틀 상에 제공된 2개 이상의 리세스(26, 27)와 대응하는 위생 피팅.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브 시트 몸체(4)는 상부 밸브 부분(5) 상에 배열된 위치설정 보어 또는 하나 이상의 위치설정 핀(571)과 대응하는 하나의 위치설정 핀 또는 하나 이상의 위치설정 보어(46)를 가지며, 밸브 시트 몸체(4)는 적어도 특정 영역에서 주변 주위에서 이어지는 파이프 부분(2) 내에 배열된 스텝(24) 상에서 파이프 부분(2) 내에 배열되고 돌출부는 밸브 시트 부분(4)의 외부 맨틀 상에 또는 스텝(24) 아래에 배열되고, 돌출부는 배향각으로 오프셋 배열된 스텝(24) 아래에 또는 밸브 시트 몸체(4)의 외부 맨틀 내로 삽입된 2개 이상의 리세스(26, 27)와 대응하는 위생 피팅.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상부 밸브 부분(5)의 하나 이상의 위치설정 보어 또는 하나 이상의 위치설정 핀(571)은 제어 디스크(55)에 대해 마주보게 유도되는 통로 디스크(56)의 측면 상에서 헤드 부분(51) 내에 배열되는 하부 부분(57) 상에 배열되는 위생 피팅.
- 제4항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2개의 채널(45)이 밸브 시트 몸체(4) 내로 삽입되고 상기 채널은 상부 밸브 부분(5)의 통로 채널 내로 개방되며, 각각의 경우에 밸브 시트 몸체(4)의 채널(45)은 상부 밸브 부분(5)으로부터 이격되는 방향으로 향하는 하측면 상에 공급 라인의 분리가능한 부착을 위한 커넥터가 제공되는 위생 피팅.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 파이프 부분 및/또는 밸브 시트 몸체는 황동으로부터 제조되는 위생 피팅.
