Claims (8)
- 엔진의 동력을 전달받아 회전하며, 내부에 트랙홈이 형성되는 외륜부재;
상기 외륜부재에 삽입되는 샤프트부재;
상기 샤프트부재에 결합되며, 트러니언이 형성되는 스파이더부재; 및
상기 트러니언을 둘러싸며 상기 트랙홈에 수용되고, 내측으로 윤활제가 이동 가능하게 구비되는 롤러부재;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 등속 조인트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 롤러부재는,
상기 트러니언의 외주면에 설치되는 내측롤러부;
상기 내측롤러부를 이격되게 둘러싸며, 상기 트랙홈에 수용되는 외측롤러부;
상기 내측롤러부와 상기 외측롤러부 사이에 개재되는 중간롤러부; 및
상기 외측롤러부에 결합되어 상기 외측롤러부의 이탈을 방지하고, 윤활제공급홀부가 관통 형성되어, 상기 중간롤러부와의 사이에 윤활제가 입출 가능하게 구비되는 리테이너부;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 등속 조인트.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 외측롤러부는,
상기 트랙홈에 수용되는 외측롤러바디; 및
상기 외측롤러바디의 내주면에 형성되어, 상기 리테이너부가 삽입되는 리테이너안착홈부;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 등속 조인트.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 중간롤러부는 니들롤러인 것을 특징으로 하는 등속 조인트.
- 제 2항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 리테이너부는,
외주면이 상기 외측롤러부에 결합되고 이동에 따라 상기 내측롤러부에 걸리도록 구비되어 상기 외측롤러부의 이탈을 방지하며, 상기 윤활제공급홀부가 관통 형성되는 리테이너바디;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 등속 조인트.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제공급홀부는,
상기 리테이너바디의 원주 방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 등속 조인트.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 리테이너부는,
상기 중간롤러부를 사이에 두고 한 쌍이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 등속 조인트.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 리테이너부 중, 상기 샤프트부재를 기준으로 원거리에 있는 상기 리테이너부에 형성된 상기 윤활제공급홀부는, 상기 샤프트부재에서 멀어지면서 내경이 좁아지는 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 등속 조인트.
