Claims (10)
- 배향면이 비평행이 되도록 집합 또는 결합하고 있는 복수의 편평상의 흑연 입자와, 구상의 흑연 입자를 포함하는 복합 입자를 포함하고, 라만 측정의 R값이 0.03 이상 0.10 이하이고, 수은 압입법으로 얻어지는 세공 직경이 0.1㎛ 이상 8㎛ 이하의 범위에 있어서의 세공 용적이 0.2mL/g 이상 1.0mL/g 이하인, 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 부극재.
- 제1항에 있어서, BET법으로 측정되는 비표면적이 1.5㎡/g 이상 6.0㎡/g 이하인, 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 부극재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 포화 탭 밀도가 0.8g/㎤ 이상 1.2g/㎤ 이하인, 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 부극재.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, CuKα선에 의한 X선 회절 패턴에 있어서의, 육방정 구조의 (101)면의 회절 피크(P1)와 능면체정 구조의 (101)면의 회절 피크(P2)의 강도비(P2/P1)가 0.35 이하인, 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 부극재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구상의 흑연 입자의 원형도가 0.8 이상인, 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 부극재.
- (a) 흑연화 가능한 골재 또는 흑연, 흑연화 가능한 결합제, 흑연화 촉매 및 구상의 흑연 입자를 포함하는 혼합물을 얻는 공정과, (b) 상기 혼합물을 소성하는 공정을 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 부극재의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 공정 (a)와 상기 공정 (b) 사이에, (c) 상기 혼합물을 성형하는 공정 및 (d) 상기 혼합물을 열처리하는 공정으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 부극재의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 부극재, 또는 제6항 또는 제7항에 기재된 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 부극재의 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 부극재와, 유기 결착재와, 용제를 포함하는, 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 부극재 슬러리.
- 집전체와, 집전체 위에 형성된 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 부극재를 포함하는 부극재층을 갖는, 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 부극.
- 정극과, 전해질과, 제9항에 기재된 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 부극을 갖는, 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
