Claims (26)
2) 상기 제 1단계의 함수겔상 중합체의 일부를 건조 및 분쇄하여 150 ㎛ 미만의 입도를 갖는 제 1 미분 및 150 ㎛ 내지 850 ㎛ 의 입도를 갖는 베이스 수지로 분급하는 제 2 단계;
3) 상기 제 1 미분의 일부, 상기 제 1단계의 함수겔상 중합체의 일부 및 첨가물을 혼합하여 미분 재조립체를 형성하는 제 3 단계;
4) 미분 재조립체를 상기 제 1단계의 함수겔상 중합체의 일부와 혼합 후 건조 및 분쇄하여 150 ㎛ 미만의 입도를 갖는 제 2 미분 및 150 ㎛ 내지 850 ㎛ 의 입도를 갖는 고흡수성 수지로 분급하여 고흡수성 수지를 얻는 제 4 단계; 및
5) 상기 제 2 미분을 상기 제 1 미분의 일부, 상기 제 1단계의 함수겔상 중합체의 일부 및 첨가물을 혼합하여 미분 재조립체를 형성하는 제 5 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 미분 재조립체는 상기 제 4 단계로 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 수지의 제조 방법.
i) 300 내지 1500 m2/g 의 BET 비표면적(specific surface area),
ii) 50% 이상의 공극률(porosity)
