Description
도 IB 는 X- VIVO™ 10 배지에서 성장시킨 hES 세포의 광학현미경 영상의 사진이다.
도 1C 는 미분화 hES 에서 나타나는 각종 마커들의 발현 수준을 나타내는 유세포분석 히스토그램이다.
도 2 는 배아체 및 선구 세포 (하단 좌측 패널) 의 현미경사진이다.
도 3A 및 3B 는 분화 중인 세포 배양에서 경시적인 각종 전사 인자의 발현을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 3C 는 분화 중인 세포 배양에서의 유세포분석에 의해 측정된 경시적인 CD34 및 CD45 의 발현을 보여준다.
도 3D 는 포낭 배아체의 현미경사진이다.

Claims (3)
- 하기를 포함하는 유사분열 불활성 항원 제시 세포 제조 시스템:
a) pPS 세포를 포함하는 제 1 단리 세포 집단, 및
b) 제 1 단리 세포 집단의 일부의 시험관내 자손인 유사분열 불활성화 성숙형 수지상 세포를 포함하는 제 2 단리 세포 집단. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 5% 이상의 성숙형 수지상 세포가, CD86 및 CD83 로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 마커를 발현하는 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, CD86 및 CD83 로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 마커를 발현하는 성숙형 수지상 세포가 후속 MHCII 및 CCR7 의 하나 이상을 추가로 발현하는 시스템.
