Abstract
본 고안의 실시예에 따르면, 일체형 프리차지 릴레이와 프리차지 저항을 일체화하여 하나의 소자로 구현함으로써, 배터리 디스커넥트 유닛의 프레임상의 공간을 더 확보할 수 있으며, 배터리 디스커넥트 유닛 조립과정을 줄이고 구조를 단순화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

도 2는 본 고안의 실시예에 따른 배터리 디스커넥트 유닛 및 이와 연결되는 회로들에 대한 등가회로를 나타낸 도면이고, 도 3은 도 2의 릴레이에 인가되는 신호파형을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 본 고안의 실시예에 따른 배터리 디스커넥트 유닛의 내부 배선도를 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (5)
- 배터리의 음극과 인버터 사이에 전기적으로 연결되는 제1 메인 릴레이;
상기 배터리의 양극과 상기 인버터 사이에 전기적으로 연결되는 제2 메인 릴레이;
상기 제2 메인 릴레이와 병렬로 연결되는 프리차지 릴레이; 및
상기 배터리의 양극 및 상기 제2 메인 릴레이의 일전극 사이에 연결되는 보호 스위치
를 포함하는 배터리 디스커넥트 유닛. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 보호 스위치는,
일정 온도 이상에서 오픈되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 디스커넥트 유닛. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 보호 스위치는,
바이메탈 스위치로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 디스커넥트 유닛. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 바이메탈 스위치는,
전극상에 구리판이 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 디스커넥트 유닛. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 보호 스위치 및 상기 프리차지 릴레이의 일 전극 사이에 연결된 프리차지 저항을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 디스커넥트 유닛.
