도 5와 6은 도 2의 면발광램프 구조에서 리플렉터부분(a)의 길이에 따른 LED의 직광노출되는 부분의 문제점을 설명하기 위한 도면.
도 7과 8은 도 2의 면발광램프 구조에서 리플렉터부분(b) 길이가 지나치게 짧거나 긴 경우의 반사특성의 문제점을 설명하기 위한 도면.

Claims (8)
- 하우징(100)과, 그 속에 적어도 하나의 LED(101)들이 기판에 배치된 모듈(110)과, 상기 LED들로 부터 발광된 빛을 외부로 반사하는 리플렉터(120), 상기 리플렉터 앞쪽으로 미리 설정된 간격을 두고 배치되어 LED로 부터 발광된 빛을 확산시키는 인너렌즈(130), 상기 인너 렌즈 외측에 배치되고 하우징(100)에 결합되는 아우터 렌즈(140)를 구비한 면발광 램프 구조에 있어서,
상기 리플렉터(120)는 서로 다른 광학적 특성을 갖는 리플렉터부분(a)과, 리플렉터부분(b) 및 리플렉터부분(c)를 구비하고, 상기 리플렉터 부분(a,b)들은 전반사(Specular Feflection) 특성을 가지며, 상기 리플렉터부분(c)은 램버시안 반사(Lambertian Reflection) 특성을 갖고 확산면을 바라보는 방향에 관계없이 모든 방향으로 휘도가 동일하게 반사하여 발광면을 형성하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 면발광램프 구조. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 리플렉터부분(a)은 LED로 부터 발광된 빛이 외부롤 직접 노출되지 않고 리플렉터부분(b,c)으로 반사하도록 램프의 전방쪽으로 LED에 인접하여 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면발광램프 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 리플렉터부분(b)은 전체 램프 길이의 25~35% 길이로 형성되고, 리플렉터부분(c)은 전체 램프 길이의 65~75%의 길이로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면발광램프 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 리플렉터의 부분(a,b)은 리플렉터 본체에 Al 증착에 의해 반사막을 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 면발광램프 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 리플렉터부분(a)은 램프 하우징에 결합되는 연결부(111)와 일체로 형성되며, LED 모듈(110)은 상기 연결부에서 리플렉터부분(a)에 인접하여 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면발광램프 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 리플렉터부분(c)은 리플렉터의 본체 표면에 백색 도장에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 면발광램프 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 리플렉터부분(c)은 백색의 엔지니어링 플라스틱으로 성형한 리플렉터 본체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 면발광램프 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기판에는 모듈(110)과 함께 방열부가 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 면발광램프 구조.
