Claims (2)
- 공작기계의 주축 스핀들로 제공되는 작동유의 온도를 센싱한 후 오일쿨러를 통해 상기 작동유의 온도를 제어하는 공작기계용 작동유 온도 조절장치에 있어서,
상기 오일쿨러는 상기 작동유가 미리 설정된 기준온도에 비해 낮을 경우에는 가열 운전을 통해 상기 작동유를 가열함과 더불어 상기 작동유가 미리 설정된 기준온도에 비해 높을 경우에는 냉각 운전을 통해 상기 작동유를 냉각하는 히트펌프형 오일쿨러로 구성되고,
상기 히트펌프형 오일쿨러는
온도센싱부에 의해 센싱된 작동유의 온도 신호를 제공받는 컨트롤러의 제어에 의해 가열 운전 혹은, 냉각 운전을 선택하여 수행하도록 이루어지며,
공작기계로부터 주축 스핀들의 미리 정해져 있는 각 회전 속도에 관련한 각각의 신호를 제공받음과 더불어 상기 각 신호별 온도 설정치를 상기 미리 설정된 기준온도에 가감하여 보상 기준온도를 결정하는 온도 보상부가 더 포함되어 구성되고,
상기 컨트롤러는 상기 온도 보상부에서 결정된 보상 기준온도와 온도센싱부에서 센싱된 작동유의 온도 신호를 토대로 히트펌프형 오일쿨러의 가열 운전 혹은, 냉각 운전을 수행하면서 주축 스핀들의 속도 변경에 따라 발생될 온도 변화를 미리 예측하여 보상되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 공작기계용 작동유 온도 조절장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 히트펌프형 오일쿨러는
냉매를 압축하는 압축기와, 냉매를 응축하거나 혹은, 증발하는 제1열교환기 및 제2열교환기와, 상기 제1열교환기 및 제2열교환기 중 어느 한 열교환기를 통해 응축된 냉매를 제공받아 팽창시켜 다른 한 열교환기로 제공하는 팽창기와, 상기 압축기로부터 토출되는 압축된 냉매가 상기 제1열교환기 및 제2열교환기 중 어느 한 열교환기로 제공되도록 안내하는 유로 전환밸브를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 작동유는 상기 제1열교환기 및 제2열교환기 중 어느 한 열교환기를 경유하면서 냉각 혹은, 가열되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 공작기계용 작동유 온도 조절장치.
