Claims (15)
- 하기를 포함하는, 가교결합성 중합체 조성물:
(a) 에틸렌계 중합체;
(b) 유기 퍼옥사이드; 및
(c) 적어도 한 유형의 아민-함유 단량체가 내부에 혼입된 아민-작용화 혼성중합체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아민-작용화 혼성중합체가 에틸렌/아미노아크릴레이트 공중합체를 포함하는, 가교결합성 중합체 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌/아미노아크릴레이트 공중합체가 2-(디에틸아미노)에틸 메타크릴레이트, 2-(디메틸아미노)에틸 메타크릴레이트, 2-(t-부틸아미노)에틸 메타크릴레이트, 및 이들의 2 이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 아미노아크릴레이트 단량체로 공중합된 또는 그라프팅된 저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 공중합체를 포함하는, 가교결합성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 아민-작용화 혼성중합체가 상기 가교결합성 중합체 조성물의 그램 당 아민의 0.1 내지 200 마이크로몰 범위의 몰 아민 함량을 초래하는데 충분한 양으로 존재하는, 가교결합성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 산성 성분을 추가로 포함하는, 가교결합성 중합체 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 산성 성분의 공급원인 산화방지제를 추가로 포함하는, 가교결합성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌계 중합체가 전체 가교결합성 중합체 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 50 내지 99 중량 퍼센트 범위의 양으로 존재하고; 상기 유기 퍼옥사이드가 상기 전체 가교결합성 중합체 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 5 중량 퍼센트 범위의 양으로 존재하고; 상기 아민-작용화 혼성중합체가 상기 전체 가교결합성 중합체 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 5 중량 퍼센트 범위의 양으로 존재하는, 가교결합성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합성 중합체 조성물이 상기 가교결합성 중합체 조성물의 제조시 즉시 가교결합되어 182℃에서 이동식 다이 유량계에 의해 최대 토크(in-lbs)로서 측정된 경우 초기 경화 포텐셜(CP0)을 갖고, 상기 가교결합성 중합체 조성물이 14일 동안 70℃에서 상기 가교결합성 중합체 조성물의 노화 이후 가교결합되어 182℃에서 이동식 다이 유량계에 의해 최대 토크(in-lbs)로서 측정된 경우 열-노화된 경화 포텐셜 CP14를 갖고, 상기 가교결합성 중합체 조성물이 적어도 0.6의 CP14 대 CP0의 비를 갖는, 가교결합성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 상기 가교결합성 중합체 조성물로 제조된, 가교결합된 물품.
- 하기를 포함하는, 코팅된 전도체:
전도성 코어; 및
상기 전도성 코어를 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸는 중합체 층으로서, 상기 중합체 층의 적어도 일부가 제9항의 상기 가교결합된 물품을 포함하는, 상기 중합체 층. - 하기를 포함하는, 가교결합성 중합체 조성물:
(a) 적어도 한 유형의 아민-함유 단량체가 내부에 혼입된 에틸렌계 아민-작용화 혼성중합체; 및
(b) 유기 퍼옥사이드. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 아민-작용화 혼성중합체가 에틸렌/아미노아크릴레이트 공중합체를 포함하고, 상기 에틸렌/아미노아크릴레이트 공중합체가 2-(디에틸아미노)에틸 메타크릴레이트, 2-(디메틸아미노)에틸 메타크릴레이트, 2-(t-부틸아미노)에틸 메타크릴레이트, 및 이들의 2 이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 아미노아크릴레이트 단량체로 공중합된 또는 그라프팅된 저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 공중합체를 포함하는, 가교결합성 중합체 조성물.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌계 아민-작용화 혼성중합체가 상기 가교결합성 중합체 조성물의 그램 당 아민의 0.1 내지 200 마이크로몰 범위의 몰 아민 함량을 초래하는데 충분한 양으로 존재하는, 가교결합성 중합체 조성물.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌계 아민-작용화 혼성중합체가 상기 전체 가교결합성 중합체 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 99 중량 퍼센트 범위의 양으로 존재하고; 상기 유기 퍼옥사이드가 상기 전체 가교결합성 중합체 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 5 중량 퍼센트 범위의 양으로 존재하는, 가교결합성 중합체 조성물.
- 하기를 포함하는 코팅된 전도체:
전도성 코어; 및
상기 전도성 코어를 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸는 중합체 층으로서, 상기 중합체 층의 적어도 일부가 제11항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 상기 가교결합성 중합체 조성물로 제조된 가교결합된 중합체 조성물을 포함하는, 상기 중합체 층.
