Claims (7)
2) 상기 발포층 형성용 수지와 상기 고분자층 형성용 수지를 공압출하여 발포층과 고분자층을 적층된 형태로 포함하는 다층 시트를 제조하는 단계; 및
3) 상기 다층 시트를 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는, 발포층을 갖는 흑연 구조의 열전도 이방성 필름의 제조 방법.
상기 제1고분자 수지가 폴리아믹산, 폴리아믹산 에스테르, 폴리이미드, 폴리벤조사이클로부텐, 폴리페닐렌, 폴리아릴렌 에테르 및 이의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 열전도 이방성 필름의 제조 방법.
상기 제2고분자 수지가 폴리아믹산, 폴리아믹산 에스테르, 폴리이미드, 폴리벤조사이클로부텐, 폴리페닐렌, 폴리아릴렌 에테르 및 이의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 열전도 이방성 필름의 제조 방법.
상기 발포층 형성용 수지 및 고분자층 형성용 수지가, 각각 저중합체 폴리우레탄(polyurethane), 고중합체 폴리우레탄, 폴리스티렌(polystylene, PS), 폴리비닐알콜(polyvinylalchol, PVA), 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(polymethylmethacrylate, PMMA), 폴리락트산(polylacticacid, PLA), 폴리에틸렌옥사이드(polyethyleneoxide, PEO), 폴리비닐아세테이트(polyvinylacetate, PVA), 폴리아크릴산(polyacrylic acid, PAA), 폴리카프로락톤(polycaprolactone, PCL), 폴리아크릴로니트릴(polyacrylonitrile, PAN), 폴리비닐피롤리돈(polyvinyl pyrrolidone, PVP), 폴리비닐클로라이드(polyvinylchloride, PVC), 나일론(nylon), 폴리카보네이트(polycarbonate, PC), 폴리에테르이미드(polyetherimide, PEI), 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드(polyvinylidene fluoride, PVdF), 폴리에테르설폰(polyethersulfone, PES) 및 이의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 제3고분자 수지를 더 포함하는 열전도 이방성 필름의 제조 방법.
상기 제3고분자 수지가 제1고분자 수지 또는 제2고분자 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 10 내지 900 중량부의 양으로 포함되는 열전도 이방성 필름의 제조 방법.
상기 발포제가, 이산화탄소 가스, 질소 가스, 공기, 프로판, 부탄, 펜탄, 헥산, 디클로로에탄, 디클로로디플루오로메탄, 디클로로모노플루오로메탄 및 트리클로로모노플루오로메탄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 물리적 발포제;
중탄산나트륨, 중탄산나트륨과 시트르산, 나트륨 시트레이트, 스테아르산, 아조디카르복실산 아미드, 톨릴렌 디이소시아네이트, 4,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트, 아조비스부티로니트릴, 바륨 아조디카르복실레이트, 디아조아미노벤젠, 트리히드라지노트리아진, 벤젠술포닐 히드라지드, p,p'-옥시비스(벤젠술포닐)히드라지드, 톨루엔술포닐 히드라지드, N,N'-디니트로소펜타메틸렌 테트라민, N,N'-디메틸-N,N'-디니트로소테레프탈아미드, p-톨루엔술포닐 세미카르바지드, 4,4'-옥시비스벤젠술포닐 세미카르바지드, 아지-화합물 및 트리아졸 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 화학적 발포제; 및 이의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 열전도 이방성 필름의 제조방법.
상기 열처리가 300 ℃ 내지 3,000℃에서 수행되는 열전도 이방성 필름의 제조 방법.
