Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 히터와 인젝터를 구비한 엔진의 제어방법을 보여주는 플로우차트이다.
도 3은 본 발명과 관련된 인젝터 제어시스템을 보여주는 개략적인 구성도이다.

Claims (14)
- 엔진에 형성된 연소실들에 연료를 각각 분사하도록 배치되는 인젝터들;
상기 인젝터들로 공급되는 연료를 가열하도록 상기 인젝터들과 각각 대응하여 배치되는 히터들;
시동신호가 발생되고, 상기 히터들 중 적어도 하나가 고장난 것으로 판단되면, 고장난 상기 히터와 대응하는 상기 인젝터에서 연료분사를 중단하고, 나머지 정상적으로 작동되는 상기 히터와 대응하는 상기 인젝터에서는 연료를 분사시키는 제어부;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터와 인젝터를 구비한 엔진시스템. - 제1항에서,
상기 제어부는,
고장난 상기 히터와 대응하는 상기 인젝터에서 설정된 시간 동안 연료분사를 중단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터와 인젝터를 구비한 엔진시스템. - 제2항에서,
상기 제어부는,
외기 또는 냉각수온이 설정수치 이하일 때 상기 히터들을 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터와 인젝터를 구비한 엔진시스템. - 제1항에서,
상기 히터들은 각각 상기 인젝터에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 히터와 인젝터를 구비한 엔진시스템. - 제1항에서,
연료가 담긴 연료탱크; 및
상기 연료탱크에 담긴 연료를 상기 인젝터로 펌핑하는 연료펌프;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터와 인젝터를 구비한 엔진시스템. - 제5항에서,
상기 연료탱크에는 에탄올이 담긴 것을 특징으로 하는 히터와 인젝터를 구비한 엔진시스템. - 제1항에서,
상기 히터들은 각각 상기 인젝터로 연료가 공급되는 공급라인 상에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터와 인젝터를 구비한 엔진시스템. - 제1항에서,
상기 시동신호가 발생되면, 상기 제어부는 스타트모터로 전원을 인가하여 상기 엔진에 회전력을 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터와 인젝터를 구비한 엔진시스템. - 엔진을 시동시키기 위한 시동신호를 감지하는 단계;
상기 시동신호가 발생되면, 연료를 분사하는 인젝터들과 각각 대응하는 히터들을 이용하여 연료를 가열하는 단계; 및
상기 히터들 중 하나가 고장난 것으로 판단되면, 고장난 상기 히터와 대응하는 상기 인젝터에서는 연료분사를 중단하는 단계;
를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터와 인젝터를 구비한 엔진의 제어방법. - 제9항에서,
상기 연료분사를 중단하는 단계에서,
시동신호가 발생되고, 그 후 설정된 시간 동안 연료분사가 중단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터와 인젝터를 구비한 엔진의 제어방법. - 제9항에서,
상기 엔진을 순환하는 냉각수온 또는 외기의 온도를 감지하는 단계;
를 더 포함하고,
감지된 온도가 설정수치 이하일 때, 상기 연료를 가열하는 단계;
를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터와 인젝터를 구비한 엔진의 제어방법. - 제9항에서,
상기 히터들은 각각 상기 인젝터에 부착되거나, 상기 히터들은 각각 상기 인젝터로 연료가 공급되는 공급라인 상에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터와 인젝터를 구비한 엔진의 제어방법. - 제9항에서,
에탄올이 담긴 연료탱크; 및
상기 연료탱크에 담긴 에탄올을 상기 인젝터로 펌핑하는 연료펌프;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터와 인젝터를 구비한 엔진의 제어방법. - 제9항에서,
상기 시동신호가 감지되면 스타트모터로 전원을 인가하여 상기 엔진으로 회전력을 인가하는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터와 인젝터를 구비한 엔진의 제어방법.
