Description
도 2는 열전도 버퍼부에 따른 챔버의 온도 변화를 나타내는 예시도이다.
도 3은 일실시예에 따른 저온 펌프의 블록도이다.
도 4는 일실시예에 따른 저온 펌프를 이용하여 챔버의 내부 온도를 유지하는 방법을 도시하는 순서도이다.
도 5는 설정 온도를 유지하는 저온 펌프를 설계하는 방법을 도시하는 순서도이다.
Claims (11)
- 저온 펌프의 내부에 존재하는 냉매를 순환시켜 외부 온도를 조절하는 디스플레이서;
상기 저온 펌프의 외부의 열을 상기 냉매로 전달하는 열전도부; 및
상기 디스플레이서가 턴-오프 된 경우, 상기 냉매로 전달되는 상기 외부의 열을 흡수하여 상태 변화 에너지로 이용하는 열전도 버퍼부
를 포함하는 저온 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열전도 버퍼부는 상변화물질을 포함하고, 상기 상변화물질이 상기 냉매로 전달되는 상기 외부의 열을 흡수하는 저온 펌프. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 상변화물질은 상기 냉매로 전달되는 상기 외부의 열을 흡수하여 액체에서 고체로의 상태 변화 에너지로 이용하는 저온 펌프. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 상변화물질은 12K 이상에서 14K 이하의 범위 내에 적어도 하나의 상태변화점을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열전도 버퍼부는 상기 저온 펌프의 콜드 헤드와 연결되어 상기 냉매로 전달되는 상기 외부의 열을 흡수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 펌프. - 저온 펌프를 이용하여 챔버의 내부 온도를 유지하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 저온 펌프가 턴-오프 된 경우, 상기 챔버의 내부에서 냉매로 전달되는 열을 열전도 버퍼부가 흡수하는 단계; 및
상기 흡수된 열을 상기 열전도 버퍼부 내부의 상변화물질의 상태 변화 에너지로 이용하는 단계;
를 포함하는 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 상변화물질은 상기 냉매로 전달되는 상기 외부의 열을 흡수하여 액체에서 고체로의 상태 변화 에너지로 이용하는 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 상변화물질은 12K 이상에서 14K 이하의 범위 내에 적어도 하나의 상태변화점을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 저온 펌프를 이용하여 상기 챔버의 상기 내부 온도를 설정하는 단계; 및
상기 내부 온도가 설정 온도의 기설정된 오차 범위 내에 존재하는 경우에 상기 저온 펌프가 턴-오프 되어 상기 챔버로 전달되는 진동을 감소시키는 단계
를 더 포함하는 방법. - 설정 온도를 유지하는 저온 펌프를 설계하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 설정 온도를 기설정된 시간 동안 유지하기 위한 열량 변화를 계산하는 단계; 및
상기 계산된 열량 변화에 따라 상기 저온 펌프에 삽입될 상변화물질의 종류 및 양을 계산하는 단계
를 포함하는 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 상변화물질의 종류 및 양을 계산하는 단계는 상기 설정 온도와 기설정된 오차 범위 내에서 상태변화점을 갖는지 여부를 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
