Abstract
탱크 냉각 장치(4)는, 노즐(40)을 가지고 있다. 노즐(40)은, 탱크(100)를 냉각하기 위한 냉각 가스를, 압축 가스를 이용하여 탱크(100)의 외표면에 공급하도록 구성되어 있다. 탱크(100)는, 합성 수지를 이용하여 형성된 탱크 본체(101)와, 금속을 이용하여 형성된 단부재(102)를 가지고 있다. 노즐(40)은, 탱크 본체(101) 및 단부재(102)의 각각에, 가스 기류를 공급한다.

Claims (11)
- 탱크를 냉각하기 위한 냉각 가스를, 압축 가스를 이용하여 상기 탱크의 외표면에 공급하도록 구성된 노즐을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탱크 냉각 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탱크 냉각 장치는, 열전도율이 상이한 복수의 부재를 이용하여 형성된 상기 탱크를 냉각 가능하게 구성되어 있으며,
상기 노즐은, 복수의 상기 부재의 각각에, 상기 냉각 가스 및 상기 압축 가스를 포함하는 기류를 공급하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탱크 냉각 장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 노즐은, 복수 설치되어 있으며,
복수의 상기 부재마다, 적어도 1개의 상기 노즐로부터 상기 기류가 공급되도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탱크 냉각 장치. - 청구항 2 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 탱크는, 수지 부재를 이용하여 형성된 탱크 본체와, 금속 부재를 이용하여 형성되며 상기 탱크 본체의 단부에 부착된 단부재를 포함하고,
상기 노즐은, 단부재용 노즐을 포함하고,
상기 단부재용 노즐은, 상기 단부재를 향해 상기 기류를 공급하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탱크 냉각 장치. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 단부재용 노즐은, 복수의 상기 재료의 경계부를 향해 상기 기류를 공급하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탱크 냉각 장치. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 탱크는, 수지 부재를 이용하여 형성된 탱크 본체와, 금속 부재를 이용하여 형성되며 상기 탱크 본체의 단부에 부착된 단부재를 포함하고,
상기 노즐은, 측부용 노즐을 포함하고,
상기 측부용 노즐은, 상기 탱크 본체의 상기 단부를 향해 상기 기류를 공급하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탱크 냉각 장치. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 탱크는, 소정의 길이 방향으로 연장되는 형상으로 형성되어 있으며,
상기 노즐은, 동체(胴體)용 노즐을 포함하고,
상기 동체용 노즐은, 상기 길이 방향에 있어서의 상기 탱크의 중간부를 향해 상기 기류를 공급하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탱크 냉각 장치. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 탱크를 수용하며 상기 냉각 가스가 공급되는 수용실을 더 구비하고,
상기 노즐은, 상기 수용실 내에 공급된 상기 냉각 가스를 흡입하는 흡입부와, 상기 냉각 가스를 상기 압축 가스와 함께 토출하는 토출부를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탱크 냉각 장치. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 수용실에 공급된 상기 냉각 가스를 상기 노즐 및 상기 탱크를 향해 안내하기 위한 안내 부재를 더 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탱크 냉각 장치. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 9 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 노즐로부터 배출된, 상기 냉각 가스 및 상기 압축 가스를 포함하는 기류가 상기 탱크로부터 상기 노즐측으로 되돌아오는 것을 규제하기 위한 규제 부재를 더 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탱크 냉각 장치. - 탱크를 수용하기 위한 수용실과,
상기 탱크를 냉각하기 위해 상기 수용실에 공급된 냉각 가스를 상기 탱크를 향해 안내하기 위한 안내 부재와,
상기 수용실 내의 상기 냉각 가스를 압축 가스를 이용하여 상기 탱크를 향해 분사하는 노즐을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탱크 냉각 장치.
