Claims (19)
- 냉매를 압축하는 압축기;
실외열교환기에서 열교환된 공기가 외부로 토출되도록 하는 실외기팬;
소음을 측정하는 소음센서;
상기 소음센서로부터 측정되는 소음데이터가 저장되는 데이터부; 및
상기 소음센서로부터 측정되는 소음에 대응하여 상기 압축기 및 상기 실외기팬의 운전설정을 변경하여 저소음운전을 수행하는 제어부를 포함하고,
상기 제어부는 상기 소음센서로부터 측정되는 주변소음을 기준으로 목표소음을 설정하여, 상기 압축기 및 상기 실외기팬의 운전설정을 변경하고, 공기조화기의 소음이 환경소음 규제값을 넘지 않도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 소음센서로부터 입력되는 측정소음에서 실외기의 설치거리에 따른 소음 저감치를 감산한 값이 상기 환경소음 규제값을 넘지 않도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 실외기의 설치거리 및 설정된 저소음 레벨에 따라 상기 주변소음에 소정값의 가산한 값을 상기 목표소음으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 저소음모드에 따라 상기 주변소음에 5db, 10db, 20db, 30db 중 어느 하나의 값을 가산하여 상기 목표소음으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 환경소음 규제값 이하의 저소음 상태가 아니거나, 또는 상기 저소음 상태에서 실내기의 취출온도가 목표값을 만족하지 않는 경우, 상기 압축기 및 상기 실외기팬의 운전설정을 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 소음센서는 상기 실외기의 전원이 온(ON)상태인 경우 지속적으로 소음을 측정하여 입력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 압축기 정지 시, 상기 소음센서로부터 측정되는 소음을 주변소음으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 주변소음을 주변소음 데이터로써 상기 데이터부에 누적하여 저장하고,
상기 주변소음데이터를 분석하여 주변소음에 대한 소음패턴을 추출하여 저소음 운전 시, 주변소음으로 적용하여 운전을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 압축기가 일정시간 이상 연속하여 동작한 경우, 상기 압축기의 운전을 정지시킨 후, 상기 소음센서를 통해 주변소음을 감지하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 소음센서로부터 입력되는 측정소음으로부터 이상소음을 감지하고, 이상소음 발생 시, 상기 압축기, 상기 실외기팬, 밸브의 운전설정을 변경하여 이상소음의 발생원인을 분석하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 이상소음 발생시 에러를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 일반모드에서 하나의 압축기가 높은 운전주파수로 동작하는 경우, 저소음 운전시 복수의 압축기가 낮은 운전주파수로 동작하도록 변경하여 상기 측정소음이 감소하도록 하는 공기조화기. - 저소음 모드가 설정되면, 소음센서가 소음을 측정하는 단계;
주변소음을 판단하고, 상기 주변소음에 따라 목표소음을 설정하는 단계;
상기 목표소음에 대응하여 압축기 또는 실외기팬의 운전을 설정하고, 운전을 시작하는 단계;
운전 중, 소음을 측정하는 단계;
측정소음에 따라 저소음 상태인지 여부를 판단하는 단계;
실외기 운전에 따른 소음이 상기 저소음 상태인 경우, 실내기의 취출온도가 설정값을 만족하는지 여부를 판단하는 단계; 및
상기 실외기 운전에 따른 소음이 저소음 상태가 아니거나 또는 상기 실내기의 취출온도가 상기 설정값을 만족하지 않는 경우 운전설정을 변경하는 단계;를 포함하는 공기조화기의 동작방법. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 실외기 운전에 따른 소음이 환경소음 규제값 미만인 경우 상기 저소음 상태로 판단하고,
상기 실외기 운전에 따른 소음은 상기 측정소음으로부터 거리에 따른 저감비를 적용한 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 동작방법. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 압축기가 운전 정지된 상태에서 상기 소음센서를 통해 측정되는 소음을 상기 주변소음으로 판단하고, 주변소음 데이터로 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 동작방법. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 압축기가 소정시간 이상 연속 동작하는 경우,
상기 압축기를 일시 정지 하고 상기 소음센서를 통해 상기 주변소음을 측정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 공기조화기의 동작방법. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 저소음 모드에 따라, 상기 주변소음에 5db, 10db, 20db, 30db 중 어느 하나를 가산한 값을 상기 목표소음으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 동작방법. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 측정소음의 크기가 일정값 이상이 되는 경우 이상소음으로 판단하여 에러를 출력하는 단계를 더 포함하는 공기조화기의 동작방법. - 제 18 항에 있어서,
상기 압축기, 상기 실외기팬, 상기 밸브 중 어느 하나에 대한 설정을 변경하여 상기 이상소음을 원인을 분석하는 단계를 더 포함하는 공기조화기의 동작방법.
