Abstract
상기 회전축(200)의 외주면에는 패킹홈(246)이 형성되어 상기 패킹홈(246)에 패킹(300)이 장착된 상태로 회전축(200)이 하우징(100)에 끼워지게 되어, 상기 유압주입구(222)를 통해 주입되는 작동유가 유압전달구(243)를 통해 유압배출구(120)로 전달되어 하우징(100) 외부로 배출됨으로써 상기 두 부분이 선회할 수 있게 되면서도 유압의 전달이 가능하게 되는 유압 센터조인트에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)
- 원기둥 형태를 이루어 선단에 복수의 유압주입구(222)가 형성되는 한편 외주면에는 상기 유압주입구(222)와 연통되는 복수의 유압전달구(243)가 형성되는 회전축(200)과, 상기 회전축(200)이 내부에 끼워지고 내부에서 외부로 연통되는 복수의 유압배출구(120)가 형성된 하우징(100), 그리고 상기 회전축(200) 하우징(100) 내주면 사이에 설치되어 유압전달구(243)간의 기밀을 확보하는 패킹(300)을 구비하고,
상기 회전축(200)이 하우징(100)에 끼워지고 패킹(300)은 회전축(200)과 하우징(100) 내주면 사이에 설치됨으로써 회전축(200)이 하우징(100)에서 회전가능하게 결합된 상태를 이룬채 두 부분이 선회할 수 있게 형성되는 장비에서 상기 두 부분 사이에 설치되되,
상기 회전축(200)의 외주면에는 패킹홈(246)이 형성되어 상기 패킹홈(246)에 패킹(300)이 장착된 상태로 회전축(200)이 하우징(100)에 끼워지게 되어, 상기 유압주입구(222)를 통해 주입되는 작동유가 유압전달구(243)를 통해 유압배출구(120)로 전달되어 하우징(100) 외부로 배출됨으로써 상기 두 부분이 선회할 수 있게 되면서도 유압의 전달이 가능하게 되는 유압 센터조인트. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 유압전달구(243)는 회전축(200) 외주면에 형성된 유로홈(242) 상에 형성되는 한편, 상기 유압배출구(120)는 유로홈(242)과 대응되는 위치에 형성되는 유압 센터조인트. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 패킹홈(246)은 인접한 유압전달구(243) 사이에 복수 개가 형성되어 복수 개의 패킹(300)으로 기밀을 유지하게 되는 유압 센터조인트.
