Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 경사로에서의 차량 브레이크 제어 방법에서 전류값과 차량의 모터 토크값과의 관계에 따른 실험값을 표로 도시한 도,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 경사로에서의 차량 브레이크 제어 방법을 설명하기 위한 순서도이다.

400: 가속도 센서
500: 브레이크 시스템
Claims (7)
- (a) 차량의 차속이 센싱되는 단계;
(b) 상기 차량의 기울기가 센싱되는 단계;
(c) 상기 차량이 상기 차량의 기울기를 갖는 경사로에서 발진하는데 필요한 소정의 모터 토크값이 연산되는 단계;
(d) 상기 차량의 모터 토크값이 센싱되는 단계; 및
(e) 상기 차량의 모터 토크값이 상기 소정의 모터 토크값 이상인 때에 상기 차량의 브레이크가 해제되는 단계를 포함하는 차량 브레이크 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에서,
상기 (a) 단계에서 상기 차량의 차속이 0km/h인 때에 상기 (b) 단계가 진행되며, 그리고
(b1) 상기 (b) 단계 이후, 상기 차량의 기울기가 0보다 큰 때에 상기 차량의 브레이크가 작동되는 단계를 더 포함하는 차량 브레이크 제어 방법.
- 청구항 2에서,
상기 차량의 모터 토크값은 전류센서(200)에 의해 센싱되는 차량 브레이크 제어 방법.
- 청구항 4에서,
상기 차량의 차속은 홀센서(300)에 의해 센싱되며,
상기 차량의 기울기는 가속도 센서(400)에 의해 센싱되며,
상기 차량의 기울기 값은 MCU(100)에 전송되며, 그리고
상기 소정의 모터 토크값은 상기 MCU(100)에서 연산되는 차량 브레이크 제어 방법.
- 청구항 5에서,
상기 차량은 하이브리드차 또는 전기차인 차량 브레이크 제어 방법.
- 청구항 3에서,
상기 차량의 모터 토크값과 전류값은 테일러 급수에 의해 연산되는 차량 브레이크 제어 방법.
