Description
도 1b는 롤리프람을 포함하는 전처리 배지에서 처리 시간에 따른 중간엽 줄기세포의 신경전구체 표지분자들의 mRNA 발현량을 qPCR(quantitaative PCR)로 분석하여 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 1c는 0μM 내지 25μM의 롤리프람을 포함하는 전처리 배지에서 처리된 중간엽 줄기세포의 세포독성(cytotoxicity)을 확인한 그래프이다.

Claims (11)
- 중간엽 줄기세포 증식 배지; 및
롤리프람(Rolipram);을 포함하는 중간엽 줄기세포의 전처리 배지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 롤리프람은 상기 증식 배지를 기준으로 0.5μM 내지 25μM인 것을 특징으로 하는 중간엽 줄기세포의 전처리 배지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 증식 배지는
소태아혈청(FBS, Fetal Bovine Serum), L-글루타민, 페니실린 및 스트렙토마이신을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중간엽 줄기세포의 전처리 배지.
- 중간엽 줄기세포를 증식 배지에서 배양하는 단계;
배양된 중간엽 줄기세포를 중간엽 줄기세포 증식 배지와 롤리프람(Rolipram)을 포함하는 전처리 배지에서 배양하는 전처리단계;
전처리된 중간엽 줄기세포를 전-유도 배지에서 배양하여 전-유도(pre-induction)하는 단계; 및
전-유도 처리된 중간엽 줄기세포를 신경유도 배지에서 배양하여 분화유도(induction)하는 단계;를 포함하는 중간엽 줄기세포의 신경세포로의 분화 촉진방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 롤리프람은 상기 증식 배지를 기준으로 0.5μM 내지 25μM인 것을 특징으로 하는 중간엽 줄기세포의 신경세포로의 분화 촉진방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 전처리 단계는
6시간 내지 24시간 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중간엽 줄기세포의 신경세포로의 분화 촉진방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 전-유도 배지는
소태아혈청(FBS, Fetal Bovine Serum), 섬유아세포 증식인자(basic fibroblast growth factor) 및 β-머캅토에탄올(β-mercaptoethanol)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중간엽 줄기세포의 신경세포로의 분화 촉진방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 신경유도 배지는 부틸 하이드록시아니솔(butylated hydroxyanisole) 및 디메틸설폭사이드(dimethyl sulfoxide)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중간엽 줄기세포의 신경세포로의 분화 촉진방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 증식 배지는
소태아혈청(FBS, Fetal Bovine Serum), L-글루타민, 페니실린 및 스트렙토마이신을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중간엽 줄기세포의 신경세포로의 분화 촉진방법.
- 제 4항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항의 분화 촉진방법으로 분화된 신경세포.
- 제 10항의 신경세포를 포함하는 신경퇴행성 질환 치료용 약학 조성물.
