도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치의 구성을 도시한 개념도이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 엔진 시스템의 구성을 도시한 개념도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 구동 모터의 토크, 엔진 토크, 및 구동 토크와의 관계를 도시한 그래프이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 제어 방법을 도시한 순서도이다.

Claims (12)
- 연료를 연소시켜 구동력을 발생시키는 엔진;
상기 엔진을 시동시키고, 선택적으로 발전기로 작동하여 전기 에너지를 생성하는 시동 발전기;
상기 엔진의 구동력을 보조하고, 선택적으로 발전기로 작동하여 전기 에너지를 생성하는 구동 모터;
상기 시동 발전기 및 상기 구동 모터에서 생성된 전기 에너지를 저장하는 배터리;
상기 엔진에서 배출되는 배기 가스에 포함된 질소 산화물을 정화시키는 질소 산화물 정화 장치(LNT); 및
상기 질소 산화물 정화 장치의 재생을 위한 목표 엔진 토크를 산출하여 상기 엔진 토크를 제어하고, 상기 질소 산화물 정화 장치의 재생 모드에서 차량의 주행에 필요한 구동 토크가 상기 목표 엔진 토크보다 크면 상기 시동 발전기 또는 상기 구동 모터를 통해 상기 엔진 토크를 보조하고, 상기 구동 토크가 상기 목표 엔진 토크보다 작으면 상기 시동 발전기 또는 상기 구동 모터를 통해 회생 제동시키는 제어부;
를 포함하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는
상기 배터리의 SOC가 설정 범위 이내인 경우에만, 상기 질소 산화물 정화 장치의 재생 모드에서 상기 구동 모터 또는 상기 시동 발전기의 제어를 수행하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 구동 토크가 상기 목표 엔진 토크보다 클 때, 상기 제어부는 상기 구동 토크와 상기 목표 엔진 토크와의 차이에 해당하는 추가 토크는 상기 구동 모터를 통해 상기 엔진 토크를 보조하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 구동 토크가 상기 목표 엔진 토크보다 작고 상기 구동 토크와 상기 목표 엔진 토크와의 차이에 해당하는 여분의 토크가 상기 시동 발전기의 발전 용량보다 작으면, 상기 제어부는 상기 시동 발전기를 통해 상기 여분의 토크를 회생 제동시키는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 여분의 토크가 상기 시동 발전기의 발전 용량을 초과하면, 상기 제어부는 상기 시동 발전기 및 상기 구동 모터를 통해 상기 여분의 토크를 회생 제동 시키는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는
상기 질소 산화물 정화 장치의 재생 중에 상기 엔진 토크가 상기 목표 엔진 토크에 대응하여 일정하게 유지되도록 제어하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
차량의 주행 거리가 설정 거리에 도달하면, 상기 질소 산화물 정화 장치의 재생 모드를 만족하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치. - 질소 산화물 정화 장치의 재생 모드에 진입했는지 여부를 판단하는 단계;
배터리의 SOC가 설정 범위 이내인지 여부를 판단하는 단계;
상기 질소 산화물 정화 장치의 재생 모드에 진입하고 상기 배터리의 SOC가 설정 범위 이내이면, 상기 질소 산화물 정화 장치의 재생을 위한 목표 엔진 토크와 차량의 구동에 필요한 구동 토크를 비교하는 단계; 및
상기 구동 토크가 상기 목표 엔진 토크보다 크면, 시동 발전기 또는 구동 모터를 통해 상기 엔진 토크를 보조하는 단계;
를 포함하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 구동 토크가 상기 목표 엔진 토크보다 작으면, 상기 구동 토크와 상기 목표 엔진 토크와의 차이에 해당하는 여분의 토크와 시동 발전기의 발전 용량을 비교하는 단계; 및
상기 여분의 토크가 시동 발전기의 발전 용량 이하이면, 상기 시동 발전기를 통해 상기 여분의 토크를 회생제동 시키는 단계;
를 더 포함하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 여분의 토크가 시동 발전기의 발전 용량보다 크면, 상기 시동 발전기 및 상기 구동 모터를 통해 상기 여분의 토크를 회생제동 시키는 단계;
를 포함하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 방법. - 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 질소 산화물 정화 장치의 재생 중에 상기 엔진 토크가 상기 목표 엔진 토크에 대응하여 일정하게 유지되도록 제어하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
차량의 주행 거리가 설정 거리에 도달하면, 상기 질소 산화물 정화 장치의 재생 모드를 만족하는 것으로 판단하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 방법.
