Abstract
상기 탄소물질은 카본블랙, 그래핀, 그래핀 산화물, 탄소나노튜브 또는 이들의 혼합물이고, 열가소성 수지물내 탄소물질의 함량은 0.01~5중량%이다.
본 발명의 열가소성 수지물은 열용량이 높아 열손실이 최소화되기 때문에 용융된 열가소성 수지물의 흐름이 급격하게 저하되는 것을 방지할 수 있어서 프리프레그를 제조할 때 섬유기재 내에 용융된 열가소성 수지물을 균일하게 함침할 수 있고, 보온설비를 간소화활 수 있다.

Claims (6)
- (ⅰ) 열가소성 수지와 (ⅱ) 상기 열가소성 수지 내에 함유되어 있는 탄소물질들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그용 열가소성 수지물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지물 내 탄소물질의 함량이 0.01~5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그용 열가소성 수지물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지물이 필름 형태 및 칩(chip) 형태 중에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그용 열가소성 수지물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소물질은 카본블랙, 그래핀, 그래핀 산화물 및 탄소나노튜브 중에서 선택된 1종이거나 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그용 열가소성 수지물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 내에 서로 다른 종류의 탄소물질들의 혼합물이 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그용 열가소성 수지물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지는 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리프로필렌 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지, 폴리락티드 수지, 폴리에틸렌 수지, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 수지, 테프론 수지 및 폴리에테르 에테르 케톤 수지 중에서 선택된 1종이거나 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그용 열가소성 수지물.
