Claims (20)
- 차량 전방 영상 또는 차량 주변 영상을 획득하는 카메라; 및
자차량과 상기 차량 전방 영상 또는 상기 차량 주변 영상에서 검출된 오브젝트와의 충돌에 따른 상기 오브젝트의 예상 충격 부위를 조정하는 서스펜션의 높낮이 제어 신호를 제공하는 프로세서;를 포함하는 차량 운전 보조 장치. - 제 1항에 잇어서,
상기 오브젝트는 보행자이고,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 보행자와의 1차 충돌후, 2차 충돌시, 상기 보행자의 머리가 상기 자차량의 후드의 일 영역에 위치하도록 상기 서스펜션의 높낮이 제어 신호를 제공하는 차량 운전 보조 장치. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 보행자와의 충돌이 예측된 상태에서, 급제동시, 앞바퀴의 서스펜션의 높낮이 제어 신호를 제공하는 차량 운전 보조 장치. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 후드의 일 영역은,
상기 보행자와의 충돌시, 보행자 에어백이 전개되는 영역인 차량 운전 보조 장치. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 차량 전방 영상 또는 상기 차량 주변 영상에서 검출된 상기 보행자의 키를 기초로 상기 서스펜션의 높낮이 제어 신호를 제공하는 차량 운전 보조 장치. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 보행자의 키가 제1 기준값 이상인 경우, 앞바퀴의 서스펜션을 높이는 제어 신호를 제공하는 차량 운전 보조 장치. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 자차량의 프런트 범퍼의 일 영역이 상기 보행자의 무릎과 최초 접촉되도록 상기 앞바퀴의 서스펜션을 높이는 제어 신호를 제공하는 차량 운전 보조 장치. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 보행자의 키가 제2 기준값 이하인 경우, 앞바퀴의 서스펜션을 낮추는 제어 신호를 제공하는 차량 운전 보조 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 오브젝트와의 1차 충돌 후, 상기 오브젝트와의 2차 충돌에 따른 충격을 흡수하도록 상기 서스펜션의 높낮이 제어 신호를 제공하는 차량 운전 보조 장치. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 오브젝트와의 1차 충돌 후, 2차 충돌 시, 앞바퀴의 서스펜션을 낮추는 제어 신호를 제공하는 차량 운전 보조 장치. - 제 10항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 오브젝트와의 1차 충돌 후, 상기 차량 전방 영상 또는 상기 차량 주변 영상에서 검출된 상기 오브젝트의 상승 방향을 기초로, 상기 2차 충돌 시, 좌측 앞바퀴 서스펜션 및 우측 앞바퀴 서스펜션의 높낮이를 다르게 하도록 제어 신호를 제공하는 차량 운전 보조 장치. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 오브젝트와의 1차 충돌 후, 2차 충돌 시, 상기 자차량의 후드가 팝업되도록 제어 신호를 제공하는 차량 운전 보조 장치. - 제 10항에 있어서,
상기 후드는, 상기 자차량의 좌측에 배치된 제1 액추에이터 및 상기 자차량의 우측에 배치된 제2 액추에이터의 작동에 의해 팝업되고,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 오브젝트와의 1차 충돌 후, 상기 차량 전방 영상 또는 상기 차량 주변 영상에서 검출된 상기 오브젝트의 상승 방향을 기초로, 상기 2차 충돌 시, 상기 제1 액추에이터 및 상기 제2 액추에이터의 작동 정도를 다르게 하도록 제어 신호를 제공하는 차량 운전 보조 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 차량 전방 영상에서 검출된 커브에 대응하여 좌측 또는 우측 바퀴 서스펜션의 높낮이 제어 신호를 제공하는 차량 운전 보조 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
센싱부와 통신하여, 주행 속도 정보를 수신하는 인터페이스부;를 더 포함하고,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 상기 검출된 커브의 곡률 및 검출된 커브에 진입하는 진입 속도에 대응하여 상기 좌측 또는 우측 바퀴 서스펜션의 높낮이 정도를 제어하도록 제어 신호를 제공하는 차량 운전 보조 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
동력원 구동부와 통신하는 인터페이스부;를 더 포함하고,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 검출된 오브젝트와 충돌 또는 추돌이 검출되는 경우, 상기 자차량에 동력이 전달되지 않도록 상기 동력원 구동부에 제어 신호를 제공하는 차량 운전 보조 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 차량 전방 영상에서 검출된 노면 상태 정보를 기초로, 상기 서스펜션의 높낮이 제어 신호를 제공하는 차량 운전 보조 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
트렁크가 개방되는 경우, 뒷바퀴의 서스펜션을 낮추는 제어 신호를 제공하는 차량 운전 보조 장치. - 차량 운전 보조 장치로부터 자차량과 차량 전방 영상 또는 차량 주변 영상에서 검출된 오브젝트와의 충돌에 따른 상기 오브젝트의 예상 충격 부위를 조정하는 서스펜션의 높낮이 제어 신호를 수신하는 인터페이스부; 및
상기 제어 신호에 따라, 서스펜션의 높낮이를 제어하는 프로세서;를 포함하는 서스펜션 장치. - 차량 전방 영상 또는 차량 주변 영상을 획득하는 카메라; 및 자차량과 상기 차량 전방 영상 또는 상기 차량 주변 영상에서 검출된 오브젝트와의 충돌에 따른 상기 오브젝트의 충격 부위를 조정하는 서스펜션의 높낮이 제어 신호를 제공하는 제1 프로세서;를 포함하는 차량 운전 보조 장치; 및
상기 제어 신호를 수신하는 인터페이스부; 및 상기 제어 신호에 따라, 서스펜션의 높낮이를 제어하는 제2 프로세서를 포함하는 서스펜션 장치;를 포함하는 차량.
