Abstract
이에 본 발명의 기술적 요지는 단열과 방음을 포함한 각종 성능형 발포유리체(분말식 블럭형 또는 분말식 입자형 등)를 다양한 건축재에 직접 접합 결합(도막 형태로 얇게 바르거나 코팅)하여 일체화하도록 함으로써, 건축 시공시 기본적인 경량 내외장재 구조를 이루도록 하는 바, 이는 건축 내외장재의 설치 시공시 개선된 작업성과 시공 생산성 및 공기 단축과 시공 안전성을 제공하도록 함은 물론 발포유리층이 건축재에 접합(단면 또는 양면)되면 사용 연한(수명)이 크게 연장되도록 하되, 압축강도 향상에 따른 내외장재의 내구성이 개선되고, 특히 발포유리체의 미세 도포(코팅) 접합만으로도 건축재에 대한 보온 보냉성과 불연성, 비가연성, 내화성, 내수 내습성, 내흡수성, 내산화성, 내침식성, 내열성, 내변형성 및 내오염성이 확보되도록 형성되며, 에너지 절감 효과가 뛰어나 친환경 건축물을 축조할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)
- 분쇄한 유리 또는 파유리(破琉璃: 깨어져 못 쓰게 된 유리)를 가스화 용재(석탄)와 혼합한 뒤 볼 밀(Ball mill)을 사용하여 미세하게 분말화하면 카올린(kaolin)이 코팅된 내열 철판 형틀에 채운 후 가열로로 하여금 고열 발포시키도록 하되, 발포 후 형성된 발포유리의 압축강도는 120kg/㎤~180kg/㎤ 이고, 공극률은 90%~98% 이며, 밀도는 1.5g/㎤~2.0g/㎤ 이고, 입자 크기가 0.05~0.1mm 로 형성되는 발포유리체(100)와;
석재, 금속재, 합성수지재, 목재, 합판 중 어느 하나로 형성되는 건축재(200)와;
상기 발포유리체(100)와 건축재(200) 사이에 도포 또는 충진되어 건축재에 발포유리체가 접착 또는 코팅되도록 하는 접착제(300)가;
구성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 발포유리층이 일체로 결합된 복합 건축자재. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 건축재(200)는 자연석 판넬, 인조대리석 판넬, 대리석 판넬, 시멘트 보드, 석분판넬, 석고보도, 합판, MDF, 세라믹 타일, 점토벽돌 타일, 알루미늄 판넬, 알루미늄 보드, 강철판재, PVC 판재, 합판, 석회몰탈, 페인트, 코팅재 중 어느 하나로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포유리층이 일체로 결합된 복합 건축자재.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 발포유리체(100)는 발포 직후 총 중량% 중 15~20 중량%의 마그네슘 미세분말이 혼합되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포유리층이 일체로 결합된 복합 건축자재.
