Claims (8)
- 전극부로부터 인출되는 소작 팁에 고주파 전류를 공급하여 고주파에 의해 병변을 소작하는 소작기구에 있어서,
상기 소작 팁은 가변형으로 인출입 수단에 의해 사용 중 전극부로터 인출되면서 단계별로 점점 더 굴곡진 형태를 유지하면서 인출되고, 사용 후 상기 인출입 수단에 의해 전극부로 인입할 때에는 반대로 굴곡진 형태에서 점점 더 직선형태를 유지하면서 인입하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 신축적 소작기구. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극부는 고주파 발생부로부터 전선을 통해 고주파 전류를 공급받으며, 외부면에서 길이방향으로 이동하는 인출입 수단이 설치된 몸체와 상기 몸체의 일단부에 연결된 가이드 튜브로 구성되며,
상기 소작 팁은 몸체의 상기 인출입 수단 및 전선과 연결되어 몸체와 가이드 튜브를 통해 인출입 되면서 끝단에서 고주파를 발산하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 신축적 소작기구. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 인출입 수단은 몸체의 길이방향을 따라 길게 형성된 인출입 장공과, 이 인출입 장공을 통해 소작 팁과 연결된 슬라이더로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 신축적 소작기구. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 가이드 튜브는 끝단의 일부가 굽어진 것을 특징으로 하는 신축적 소작기구. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 인출입 수단이 일정 위치에서 고정되도록 하는 스토퍼를 더 포함하며, 상기 스토퍼에 의하여 상기 소작 팁이 단계적으로 인출입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신축적 소작기구. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 스토퍼는 슬라이더의 일측면에 설치된 스프링 돌기와 인출입 장공의 어느 한쪽 장변에 상기 스프링 돌기와 대응하여 형성된 파형 면으로 된 슬라이더 가이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 신축적 소작기구. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 스토퍼는 슬라이더의 뒤에 연결하여 설치한 정지 버튼인 것을 특징으로 하는 신축적 소작기구. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 가이드 튜브는 몸체 내부의 커넥터를 관통하여 상기 커넥터에 형성된 내측튜브 고정부에 의해 고정되고, 상기 커넥터의 길이방향 한쪽에서 외측튜브 고정부에 의해 고정되며, 상기 커텍터의 길이방향 다른 쪽의 슬라이더 설치부는 커넥터에 형성된 슬라이더 연결부에 의해 상기 커넥터에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 신축적 소작기구.
