CaO:5.1중량%~12.4중량%
Al2O3:0중량% 이상 2.3중량% 미만
Fe2O3:0중량%~0.50중량%
SrO:0.1중량% 미만. - 제1항에 있어서,
이하의 조성을 가지는 무기섬유.
SiO2:74.0중량%~80.0중량%
MgO:9.0중량%~15.0중량%
CaO:5.1중량%~12.4중량%
Al2O3:0중량% 이상 2.3중량% 미만
Fe2O3:0중량%~0.50중량%
SrO:0.1중량% 미만. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
MgO를 9.0중량%~14.0중량% 포함하는 무기섬유. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
Al2O3를 0.17중량%~2.2중량% 포함하는 무기섬유. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
ZrO2를 0.1중량% 초과 10.9중량% 이하 포함하는 무기섬유. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
TiO2를 0.1중량% 초과 10.9중량% 이하 포함하는 무기섬유. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
알칼리 금속 산화물을 0.01mol% 초과 0.20mol% 미만 포함하는 무기섬유. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
B2O3를 0.1중량% 미만 포함하는 무기섬유. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
SiO2, MgO 및 CaO의 양의 합계가 90.0중량% 이상인 무기섬유. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
SiO2, MgO 및 CaO의 양의 합계가 93.0중량% 이상인 무기섬유. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
SiO2, MgO 및 CaO의 양의 합계가 96.0중량% 이상인 무기섬유. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 무기섬유를 이용해서 제조된 2차 제품 또는 복합재료.
