Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 피마자유계 폴리올(A), 이소시아네이트(B) 및 상변화 물질을 내포하는 무기 입자(C)를 함유하는 제진성 우레탄 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피마자유계 폴리올(A)의 수산기가가 300 ㎎KOH/g 이상이고, 또한 관능기수가 3 이상인 제진성 우레탄 수지 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 피마자유계 폴리올(A)의 25℃에 있어서의 점도가 8,000 mPa·s 이하인 제진성 우레탄 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 무기 입자(C)를 1~25 질량% 함유하는 제진성 우레탄 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 상변화 물질이 파라핀, 왁스, 지방산 및 폴리알킬렌글리콜로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 제진성 우레탄 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 상변화 물질의 융점이 -30~200℃인 제진성 우레탄 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 이소시아네이트(B)가 카르보디이미드 변성 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트 및 톨릴렌디이소시아네이트로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 제진성 우레탄 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
추가로 무기 안료(D)를 함유하는 제진성 우레탄 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
추가로 난연제(E)를 함유하는 제진성 우레탄 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
추가로 첨가제(F)를 함유하는 제진성 우레탄 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
2액형인 제진성 우레탄 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제진성 우레탄 수지 조성물로부터 형성된 제진성 우레탄 수지 성형체.
- 하기 (1) 및 (2)의 요건을 충족시키는 제진성 우레탄 수지 성형체.
(1) 80℃, 1 ㎐에 있어서의 손실계수(tanδ)가 0.4 이상
(2) 70℃하, 4.5 ㎫의 하중을 1주간 가하였을 때의 크리프 변화율이 25% 이하 - 제13항에 있어서,
또한 하기 (3)의 요건을 충족시키는 제진성 우레탄 수지 성형체.
(3) 연소성이 UL94 규격의 HB 기준을 충족시킴 - 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
선박의 엔진 하부에 사용되는 제진성 우레탄 수지 성형체. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제진성 우레탄 수지 조성물을 시공 개소에 부어 넣어 성형체를 형성하는 공정을 포함하는, 제진성 우레탄 수지 성형체의 형성방법.
