도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 운전지원장치의 동작을 설명하기 위한 일 예를 도시한 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 다른 일 실시 예에 따른 운전지원장치의 동작을 설명하기 위한 일 예를 도시한 도면이다.
도 4a는 본 발명의 또 다른 일 실시 예에 따른 운전지원장치의 동작을 설명하기 위한 제1 예를 도시한 도면이다.
도 4b는 본 발명의 또 다른 일 실시 예에 따른 운전지원장치의 동작을 설명하기 위한 제2 예를 도시한 도면이다.

Claims (9)
- 속도제한표지판정보를 감지하는 카메라, GPS정보를 수신하여 주행중인 도로정보를 감지하는 네비게이션, 차속정보를 감지하는 차속센서 및 입력의 유무를 감지하는 입력센서를 포함하는 감지부;
상기 속도제한표지판정보 및 도로정보 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 제한속도를 인식하는 인식부; 및
차량의 주행속도가 상기 제한속도를 초과하지 않도록 상기 차량을 제어하되, 상기 입력이 존재하는 것으로 감지되면 상기 제어를 수행하지 않는 제어부를 포함하는 운전지원장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 입력센서는, 입력장치가 동작하거나, 차량의 가속페달의 눌림이 미리 설정된 일정치 이상이거나, 또는 상기 가속페달의 눌림이 미리 설정된 시간동안 지속되면 상기 입력이 존재하는 것으로 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전지원장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 도로정보는, 도심지, 스쿨존 및 주거지역을 포함하는 지역정보 및 과속단속정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전지원장치. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 지역정보 또는 상기 과속단속정보가 선택되는 선택부를 더 포함하고,
상기 제어부는,
상기 차량의 주행속도가 선택된 정보에 의한 제한속도만을 초과하지 않도록 상기 차량을 제어하는 운전지원장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는,
상기 차량의 가속페달의 눌림에 의한 출력신호를 일정량으로 제한함으로써, 상기 차량의 주행속도가 상기 제한속도를 초과하지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전지원장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는,
상기 차량의 가속페달의 눌림을 제한함으로써, 상기 차량의 주행속도가 상기 제한속도를 초과하지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전지원장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 네비게이션은, 휴대폰을 이용하여 상기 도로정보를 업데이트하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전지원장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
운전자에게 알림을 제공하는 알림제공부를 더 포함하고,
상기 알림제공부는,
상기 차속정보에 대한 알림, 상기 제한속도에 대한 알림 및 상기 차량이 제어가 되고 있음에 대한 알림 중 적어도 하나를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전지원장치. - 카메라를 이용하여 속도제한표지판정보를 감지하고, GPS정보를 수신하는 네비게이션을 이용하여 도로정보를 감지하고, 차속센서를 이용하여 차속정보를 감지하며, 입력센서를 이용하여 입력정보를 감지하는 감지단계;
상기 속도제한표지판정보 및 도로정보 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 제한속도를 인식하는 인식단계; 및
차량의 주행속도가 상기 제한속도를 초과하지 않도록 상기 차량을 제어하되, 상기 입력정보가 감지되면 상기 제어를 수행하지 않는 제어단계를 포함하는 운전지원방법.
