도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배기가스 저감용 후처리장치의 개념도이다.

도 5는 내부 열 유동해석에 대한 해석 조건을 나타내는 표이다.

도 8은 도징 유닛(50)과 선택적 촉매 환원유닛(30) 간의 배치를 보이는 도면이다.

Claims (5)
- 엔진(1)에서 배출되는 배기가스 배기관(4) 상에 위치하는 디젤 산화 촉매유닛(10);
상기 배기가스 배기관(4)을 따라 상기 디젤 산화 촉매유닛(10)의 후방에 배치되는 디젤 입자 필터유닛(20);
상기 배기가스 배기관(4)을 따라 상기 디젤 입자 필터유닛(20)과 이격 배치되는 선택적 촉매 환원유닛(30);
상기 디젤 입자 필터유닛(20)과 선택적 촉매 환원유닛(30)의 사이에 배치된 상태에서 상기 배기가스 배기관(4)으로 환원제를 분사하는 도징 유닛(50); 및
상기 디젤 입자 필터유닛(20)과 선택적 촉매 환원유닛(30)의 사이에 배치되는 혼합기(60);를 포함하고,
상기 혼합기(60)는 상기 도징 유닛(50)의 후단 상에 설치되는,
배기가스 저감용 후처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 후처리장치는,
상기 선택적 촉매 환원유닛(30)의 후방에 연결배치되는 암모니아 산화 촉매유닛(40);을 더 포함하는,
배기가스 저감용 후처리장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합기(60)는 상기 배기가스 배기관(4)의 내주면에 밀착하는 형태로 부설되는,
배기가스 저감용 후처리장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합기(60)는,
복수의 동심원들(62)이 반경 방향을 따라 소정 간격을 이룬채 배치되는 몸체(61) 및 상기 몸체(61)의 일측 전면부 상에 원주 방향을 따라 소정 간격으로 배치되는 복수의 가이드 블레이드(65)를 포함하며,
상기 복수의 가이드 블레이드(65)는 상기 몸체(61)의 중심에서 가장자리 측으로 반경 방향을 따라 연장 배치되며, 소정 각도로 기울어진 상태로 배치되는,
배기가스 저감용 후처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 후처리장치는,
상기 디젤 입자 필터유닛(20)과 선택적 촉매 환원유닛(30)의 사이에 배치된 상태에서 상기 배기가스 배기관(4)을 통해 입자상 물질(PM,particulate matter)의 포집량을 감지하는 제1물질 감지부(91); 및
상기 선택적 촉매 환원유닛(30)의 전방과 상기 암모니아 산화 촉매유닛(40)의 후방에 배치되는 제2물질 감지부(93);를 더 포함하는,
배기가스 저감용 후처리장치.
