Claims (4)
- 하우징;
상기 하우징 중앙에 길이방향으로 구비되어 광원을 조사하는 발광유닛;
상기 발광유닛 상부에 이격 구비되어 발광유닛에서 발산되는 광을 반사시키는 반사갓;
상기 하우징 내측에 구비되어 상기 발광유닛으로 냉기를 고르게 직접 분사하는 에어블로어를 포함하는 램프 냉각 유닛;
을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각효율 강화로 경화 품질이 우수한 UV 조사장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 유닛의 에어블로어는
상기 하우징의 길이방향으로 내측 모서리에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각효율 강화로 경화 품질이 우수한 UV 조사장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 방열유닛의 에어블로어는
하우징의 길이방향으로 구비되어 내측에 냉기가 유입되는 몸체로 이루어지고, 상기 몸체에는 상기 발광유닛을 향하도록 형성된 복수개의 블로어공이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각효율 강화로 경화 품질이 우수한 UV 조사장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 반사갓은
각각 길이방향으로 구비되는 제1 분체와 제2 분체로 이루어지며, 상기 제1 분체와 제2 분체를 각각 선회운동시켜 반사갓의 반사각을 조절하는 각도조절유닛이 더 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각효율 강화로 경화 품질이 우수한 UV 조사장치.
