Claims (10)
- LED 기판의 상부에 렌즈가 배치되고 하부에 방열판이 결합되어 구성된 LED 블록과, 상기 LED 블록의 LED 기판에 전원을 공급하는 플랫폼을 포함하여 LED 블록이 상면에 필요한 개수만큼 높이방향을 따라 차례로 슬라이드 결합되는 플랫폼으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 광원을 이용한 조립식 해상용 등명기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 LED 기판은 중심부에 형성한 홀에 LED를 장착하여 LED 기판에 설치한 정전압 회로를 통해 상기 LED에 전원을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 광원을 이용한 조립식 해상용 등명기. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 방열판은 LED 기판의 중심부에 장착한 나사를 통해 상기 LED 기판에 나사결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 광원을 이용한 조립식 해상용 등명기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 렌즈는 방열판의 양쪽에 각각 형성한 홀에 렌즈의 양쪽에 형성한 렌즈고정핀을 삽입하여 LED 기판과 함께 상기 방열판에 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 광원을 이용한 조립식 해상용 등명기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 LED 블록과 플랫폼의 슬라이드 결합은,
LED 블록에 형성한 슬라이드 레일과 상기 플랫폼에 설치하여 상기 슬라이드 레일이 삽입되는 레일홈을 형성한 가이드 레일에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 광원을 이용한 조립식 해상용 등명기. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 플랫폼은 다각형으로 되어 상면의 다각형 모서리마다 레일 커넥터를 설치하여, 상기 각 레일 커넥터에 가이드 레일을 각각 연결하여 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 LED 광원을 이용한 조립식 해상용 등명기. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 플랫폼의 모서리와 모서리 사이의 마주보는 가이드 레일의 각 면에 형성한 레일홈에 상기 LED 기판의 양쪽에 형성한 슬라이드 레일을 각각 삽입하여 슬라이드 결합함을 특징으로 하는 LED 광원을 이용한 조립식 해상용 등명기. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 가이드 레일의 레일홈은 LED 기판이 접속되는 기판 레일홈과 방열판이 접속되는 방열 레일홈으로 형성되어, 상기 LED 블록의 LED 기판 양측면에 각각 형성한 슬라이드 레일과 방열판의 양측면에 각각 형성한 슬라이드 레일을 삽입하여 슬라이드 결합함을 특징으로 하는 LED 광원을 이용한 조립식 해상용 등명기. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 레일 커넥터와 전기적으로 연결되어 기판 레일홈을 통해 LED 기판에 전원을 공급하도록 상기 플랫폼에 내장된 정전압회로를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 광원을 이용한 조립식 해상용 등명기. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 정전압 회로는 커넥터와 2개씩 번갈아가며 +, - 회로를 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 광원을 이용한 조립식 해상용 등명기.
