Claims (7)
- 금속박의 제1의 면에 제1 접착제층을 통하여 내열성 수지층이 맞붙여지고, 제2의 면에 제2 접착제를 통하여 열융착성 수지층이 맞붙여지고, 상기 내열성 수지층 및 열융착성 수지층 중의 적어도 일방에 그 수지층이 절입되어 형성된 절취선으로 둘러싸인 이박리부가 마련되고, 또한, 상기 이박리부를 갖는 수지층이 보호층으로 피복되고,
상기 보호층과 수지층과의 접착력(f3)과, 상기 이박리부 이외의 수지층과 금속박과의 접착력(f2)이, f2>f3의 관계를 충족시키고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 외장재. - 제1항에 있어서.
상기 보호층과 수지층과의 접착력(f3)과, 상기 이박리부 이외의 수지층과 금속박과의 접착력(f2)과, 상기 이박리부와 금속박과의 접착력(f1)이, f2>f3>f1의 관계를 충족시키고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 외장재. - 제2항에 있어서.
상기 이박리부를 갖는 수지층과 금속박 사이의 접착제층에서, 상기 이박리부의 직하에 접착제가 도포되지 않은 접착제 미도포부가 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 외장재. - 제2항에 있어서.
상기 금속박의 상기 이박리부를 갖는 수지층측의 면에서, 상기 이박리부의 직하 부분에 마스킹재가 배치되고 그 마스킹재상에 접착제층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 외장재. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서.
적어도 열융착성 수지층측의 면에 이박리부 및 보호층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 외장재. - 제5항에 있어서.
상기 열융착성 수지층이 내측이 되는 엠보스부를 가지며, 상기 엠보스부의 내부에 이박리부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 외장재. - 정극 요소와, 부극 요소와, 이들의 사이에 배치되는 세퍼레이터를 갖는 전지 요소와,
금속박의 제1의 면에 내열성 수지층이 맞붙여지고 제2의 면에 열융착성 수지층이 맞붙여진 2개의 라미네이트 외장재가 열융착성 수지층을 내측으로 하여 마주 대하고, 이들의 사이에 상기 전지 요소를 수납하는 전지 요소실이, 상기 열융착성 수지층이 융착하여 봉지됨에 의해 형성되어 있는 외장체를 구비하고,
상기 라미네이트 외장재가, 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 라미네이트 외장재의 전지 요소실 내에 임하는 보호층 및 이박리부가 제거되고, 외장체의 외면에 마련된 보호층 및 이박리부가 제거되지 않고 남아 있는 외장재이고,
상기 전지 요소실 내에서, 각각의 라미네이트 외장재의 금속박과 정극 요소 및 부극 요소가 도통하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전 디바이스.
