Abstract
기판, 상기 기판 상에 형성된 기포 분출부를 포함하고, 상기 기포 분출부가 도전 재료로 형성된 전극, 절연성의 감광성 수지로 형성되고, 상기 전극을 끼우도록 설치되고, 또한 상기 전극의 선단으로부터 연신된 연신부를 포함하는 절연부, 및 상기 절연부의 연신부 및 상기 전극의 선단 사이에 형성된 공극을 포함하는 기포 분출 칩을 제작함으로써 양산화할 수 있다.

Claims (12)
- 기판, 상기 기판 상에 형성된 기포 분출부를 포함하고,
상기 기포 분출부가,
도전 재료로 형성된 전극,
절연성의 감광성 수지로 형성되고, 상기 전극을 끼우도록 설치되고, 또한 상기 전극의 선단으로부터 연신된 연신부를 포함하는 절연부, 및
상기 절연부의 연신부 및 상기 전극의 선단과의 사이에 형성된 공극을 포함하는 기포 분출 칩. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 연신부가 테이퍼 형상인 기포 분출 칩. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 감광성 수지가 네거티브형 포토레지스트인 기포 분출 칩. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기포 분출부가 둘 이상 형성되어 있는 기포 분출 칩. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 절연부에 어시스트 유로가 형성되어 있는 기포 분출 칩. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전극에 접속하는 통전부를 포함하는 기포 분출 칩. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기포 분출부의 전극과 전극쌍을 구성하는 대향 전극이 상기 기판 상에 형성되어 있는 기포 분출 칩. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기포 분출부의 공극측에 인젝션 물질을 포함하는 용액을 흐르게 하는 유로가 형성되어 있는 기포 분출 칩. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 기포 분출 칩을 포함하는 국소 어블레이션 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 기포 분출 칩을 포함하는 인젝션 장치.
- 제 9 항에 기재된 국소 어블레이션 장치의 전극과 대향 전극이 도통하도록 용액을 주입하고,
상기 국소 어블레이션 장치의 전극과 대향 전극으로 구성되는 전극쌍에 고주파 전기 펄스를 인가함으로써 기포 분출부의 선단으로부터 기포를 방출시키고,
상기 기포로 가공 대상물을 가공하는 국소 어블레이션 방법. - 제 10 항에 기재된 인젝션 장치의 전극과 대향 전극이 도통하도록 용액을 주입하고,
인젝션 물질을 포함하는 용액을 기포 분출부의 앞에 흐르게 하고,
상기 인젝션 장치의 전극과 대향 전극으로 구성되는 전극쌍에 고주파 전기 펄스를 인가함으로써 상기 인젝션 물질을 포함하는 용액이 흡착한 기포를 방출시키고,
기포로 가공 대상물을 국소 어블레이션하면서 가공 대상물에 인젝션 물질을 도입하는 인젝션 방법.
