Abstract
Description
도 1은 다양한 실시양태들에 따라 인산을 포함하는 산 유출물을 처리하는 방법을 예시하는 순서도이고;
도 2는 다양한 실시양태들에 따라 인산을 포함하는 산 유출물을 처리하는 방법을 예시하는 순서도이고;
도 3은 다양한 실시양태들에 따라 콘크리트용 첨가제를 제조하는 방법을 예시하는 순서도이고;
도 4a 및 4b는 규소 입자를 함유하는 추가 유출물(추가 유출물의 샘플)을 함유하는 실험실 비이커를 보여주고;
도 5a 및 5b는 염기로 처리된 규소 입자를 함유하는 추가 유출물을 함유하는 도 4a 및 4b의 실험실 비이커를 보여주고;
도 6은 규소 입자를 함유하는 추가 유출물에 첨가될 생석회를 함유하는 좌측 페트리 디쉬(Petri dish), 및 생석회를 추가 유출물에 첨가하고 여과하고 형성된 침전물을 건조함으로써 수득된 규소 입자를 함유하는 우측 페트리 디쉬를 보여주고;
도 7a 내지 7f는 다양한 실시양태들에 따라 다양한 단계들에서 인산을 포함하는 산 유출물을 처리하는 방법을 도식적으로 예시하고;
도 8a 및 8b는 (본 개시의 실시예 및 비교예를 형성하는) 프레스 케이크를 보여주고;
도 9a 및 9b는 다양한 실시양태들에 따라 2개의 특정 단계들에서 인산을 포함하는 산 유출물을 처리하는 방법의 2개 특정 단계들을 도식적으로 예시한다.
Claims (20)
- 인산을 포함하는 산 유출물(effluent)을 제공하는 단계;
염기 및 규소 입자를 상기 산 유출물에 첨가함으로써 혼합물을 생성하는 단계; 및
규소, 및 염기와 산의 반응으로부터 생성된 염을 포함하는 고형분을 상기 혼합물로부터 분리하는 단계
를 포함하는, 인산을 포함하는 산 유출물의 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
염기가 규소 입자 전에 첨가되는, 산 유출물의 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
염기와 규소 입자가 미리 혼합되고 산 유출물에 함께 첨가되는, 산 유출물의 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
염기가 수산화칼슘, 산화칼슘, 수산화바륨, 산화바륨, 수산화마그네슘 및 이들의 조합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는, 산 유출물의 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
염기가 수산화칼슘 및 산화칼슘 중 하나 이상인, 산 유출물의 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
규소 입자가 추가 유출물로부터 유래하는 것인, 산 유출물의 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
규소 입자가, 규소를 함유하는 추가 유출물에 염기를 첨가함으로써 수득된 침전물(sediment) 형태로 첨가되는, 산 유출물의 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
고형분이 필터 프레스(filter press)를 사용함으로써 분리되는, 산 유출물의 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
산 유출물이 하나 이상의 웨이퍼의 가공으로부터 유래하는, 산 유출물의 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
산 유출물이 하나 이상의 웨이퍼의 에칭(etching) 가공으로부터 유래하는, 산 유출물의 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
산 유출물이 약 1 내지 약 3 mol/ℓ의 양으로 인산을 포함하는, 산 유출물의 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
첨가되는 염기의 양이, 생성 혼합물의 pH 값이 7 내지 8이 되도록 하는 양인, 산 유출물의 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
첨가되는 규소 입자의 양이 혼합물 중의 약 10 g/ℓ 내지 약 100 g/ℓ의 질량 농도를 수득하도록 하는 양인, 산 유출물의 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
산 유출물이 적어도 염기의 첨가 동안 교반되는, 산 유출물의 처리 방법. - 인산을 포함하는 산 유출물을 제공하는 단계;
염기 및 규소 입자를 상기 산 유출물에 첨가함으로써 혼합물을 생성하는 단계; 및
상기 혼합물을 필터 프레스 내로 공급하여, 규소 및 염기와 산의 반응으로부터 생성된 염을 포함하는 필터 프레스 케이크를 수득하는 단계
를 포함하는, 콘크리트용 첨가제의 제조 방법. - 제15항에 있어서,
염기가 수산화칼슘, 산화칼슘, 수산화바륨, 산화바륨, 수산화마그네슘 및 이들의 조합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는, 콘크리트용 첨가제의 제조 방법. - 제15항에 있어서,
염기가 수산화칼슘 및/또는 산화칼슘인, 콘크리트용 첨가제의 제조 방법. - 제15항에 있어서,
규소 입자가 추가 유출물로부터 유래하는 것인, 콘크리트용 첨가제의 제조 방법. - 압축된 형태를 갖고, 규소, 및 염기와 산의 반응으로부터 생성된 염을 포함하는, 제15항의 방법에 의해 수득된 콘크리트용 첨가제.
- 제19항에 있어서,
첨가제의 적어도 일부가 물에 용해됨으로써 생성된 용액이 pH 중성을 나타내는, 콘크리트용 첨가제.
