Claims (10)
- 다수개 구비되어 열교환기(1) 내부를 순환하는 열교환매체의 유로를 형성하는 열교환기용 튜브(100)에 있어서,
상기 튜브(100)는
이웃한 튜브(100) 사이에 개재되는 핀(300)과 너비방향으로 일측면 또는 양측면이 접촉되되, 접촉되는 면의 길이방향으로 일측 단부에서 타측 단부까지가 편평하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 튜브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 튜브(100) 및 핀(300)은
접촉되는 면의 길이가 서로 동일하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 튜브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 튜브(100)는
압출 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 튜브.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 튜브(100)는
길이방향으로 양측에 위치한 면의 두께(T1)가, 너비방향으로 양측에 위치한 면의 두께(T2)보다 두꺼운 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 튜브.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 튜브(100)는
길이방향으로 양측에 위치한 면의 두께(T1)가, 각각의 외측면 모서리에서 내측면 모서리에 이르는 거리(a1, a3)보다 작게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 튜브.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 튜브(100)는
길이방향으로 양측에 위치한 면의 내면이 내측으로 돌출형성되는 강성보강부(110)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 튜브.
- 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 튜브(100)는
강성보강부(110)의 돌출 높이(a2)가, 각 모서리에서 상기 강성보강부(110)의 너비방향으로 양단에 이르는 거리(a1, a3)보다 크거나 같게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 튜브.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 튜브(100)는
냉매유동공간을 길이방향으로 분리하는 다수개의 격벽(120)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 튜브.
- 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 튜브(100)는
너비방향으로 양측 내면에 내측으로 돌출되는 돌기부(130)를 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 튜브.
- 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 돌기부(130)는
상기 격벽(120)에 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 튜브.
